Points positifs : L’appartement est magnifique et notre séjour l’a été tout autant : décoration soignée, équipement irréprochable, literies très confortables, isolation phonique parfaite malgré l’agitation de la rue, emplacement idéal et la climatisation en prime fort appréciable ! L’hôte est très réactif et répond à toutes nos demandes et questions en temps record. Bref : parfait !

Points négatifs : Absolument rien !

Points positifs : Excellent house, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for visiting the city and truly just a few steps from Notre Dame. The owner is friendly and helpful, we had a great stay.

Points positifs : The location was excellent, as well as communication with the host who answered all of our questions (there were a few hahah) in a very short time and made sure we checked in the apartment as smooth as possible. In addition, the sound isolation in the apartment is superb, so the busy streets of the latin quarter beneath you do not pose a problem at all.

Points négatifs : The only thing I would suggest for an even better stay is maybe a few more glasses for the guests (as far as I can remeber, there was a plenty of coffe/tea cups but only one glass to drink from. Also, there could be a bit more basic cooking appliances like cooking pans/pots. If you plan to do all of your eating and drinking outside, you can go ahead and ignore all that I said here. Apart from that, the apartment is really well equipped (microwave, electric kettle, speaker...).

Points positifs : Posizione eccellente! Nel pieno centro di Parigi, a pochi passi da Notre Dame. Appartamento impeccabile dotato di ogni comfort.

Points positifs : Tudo. Excelente localização, tinha tudo disponível para uma família (cozinha, quartos e banheiro), aquecedor funcionando. É em uma rua movimentada, mas não escutamos nada no apartamento.

Points négatifs : Nada a reclamar. Para a minha situação (3 pessoas) foi perfeito o espaço.

Great location for an impromptu girls getaway!

Points positifs : Great location and very safe. Easy to get to from airport and metros. Lots of food options as well.

Points négatifs : Not a thing … was the perfect flat for a getaway.

Points positifs : Posizione ottima al centro del quartiere latino con ristoranti, pub e caffetterie proprio sotto l’appartamento, il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo, non avevamo il phon, gli abbiamo inviato un messaggio e ce lo ha fatto trovare il solito giorno, gli abbiamo chiesto se potevamo fare il check out alle 12 e ci ha detto di sì, ritorneremo sicuramente

Points négatifs : Sengene kunne vært bedre, men dynen var bra :-)
