Волшебное место

Points positifs : Расположение отличное. Рядом станции метро и RER. Без пересадки едем из аэропорта CDG. Множество туристических точек притяжения в пешей доступности, универмаги Samaritaine и Les Halles, кафе французской, испанской, итальянской кухни. В кафе в доме напротив делают густой горячий шоколад! Волшебное место

Points négatifs : Это дом старой постройки, к лофту ведет красивая деревянная лестница. Лифта нет

Points positifs : Чистая квартира и светлая, идеальное расположение. Есть кухня со всем необходимым, но мы пользовались только кофемашиной=) Все хорошо с наличием горячей воды и напором в ванной, ванными принадлежностями. Очень удобно получали ключи в кафе неподалеку. Много ресторанчиков, где можно посидеть вечером.

Points négatifs : 1. По ночам шумно - обратная сторона наличия большого количества кафе. При закрытых окнах нормально, но проветривать по ночам не получится 2. На втором этаже, где стоит кровать, не очень удобно - слишком низкий потолок 3. Имейте ввиду, что нет лифта. Чемоданы придется поднимать по лестнице.

Excellent stay in the heart of the Latin Quarter

Points positifs : The property was spotless, very comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen, easy to use laundry, a coffee maker with coffee, an outstanding bathroom and shower, and very comfortable sleeping arrangements for me and my son. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Latin Quarter and immediately next to several key metro lines and other transit options, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It was within a few minutes walk to an incredible array of beautiful sights and Paris destinations. The hosts were highly supportive and available. I would be THRILLED to stay there again.

Points négatifs : It was on the 4th floor (3rd if you count the ground floor as zero), which was ok for us as we are reasonably fit, but I would caution elderly folks or anyone with pain issues or disabilities that make stairs a challenge.

Points positifs : The place is located in a very active area full of restaurants, bars and such. There are always big crowds outside full of lively people. It might not be for everyone, but if you like the night life it is definitely for you. Nadia, the host, was the most welcoming person I have ever met, she was really friendly and went above and beyond in order to help us with our stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a nice chocolate bar and some courtesy tickets to ride a boat in the Sena river. The apartment was clean, with a working stove and washing machine. And there were even some basic supplies to do cooking of our own. Notre Dame is literally two blocks away and everything; from The Louvre museum, the Pantheon and many other things are either at walking distance or just a couple of minutes away in metro or Taxi. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and will definitely come back again to stay in this lovely place.
