Charming flat in the heart of Paris

Great fun in a beautiful city with my family. Loved it.

Points positifs : Perfect location to get about. Very close to the Louvre and Notre Dame. The place was the perfect size for our family of four. Three bedrooms and decent living quarters. The people who were looking after the place had fantastic communication skills as always replied and were ever helpful.

Points négatifs : I ll be honest the only small detail was the pillows! Lol just too small . But if that’s all I m detailing then it was an overall excellent place to stay.

Incredible location, great flat

Points positifs : Amazing amazing location a couple of steps from Chatelet-les-Halles Westfield forum shopping mall and metro station. Literally in the heart of Paris surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies etc Excellent and fast communication with owners throughout. Flat was spacious, clean and comfortable for 6 people. A very enjoyable stay - would recommend.

Points négatifs : It would have been great to have AC. There were ample numbers of fans, but the back bedroom has no windows and the front 2 bedrooms are street facing, so opening the windows is noisy at night. The smaller bathroom was smelly (drains). More cups and glasses needed - only 3 cups and 5 tumblers for 6 people. A dustpan and broom would be useful.

All-in-all a perfect fit for us and we‘d go back for sure and recommend to our friends.

Points positifs : The flat is in a perfect location, next to the huge shopping Centre Les Halles - for those who know this from older times- it has been completely renovated, very modern; with excellent acces to metro, RER and busses. Lot of restaurants in the area and walking distance to many attractions and Seine walk. Appartment is well structured; we were 6 people, 2 adults with 4 teenie girls; the 3 rooms were fitting perfecly with the bain en suite for us and a shared bathroom for them. Problem with TV connection got fixed immediately by technician, very reactive customer service from Johanna.

Points négatifs : - No AC, but lot of ventilators - as also announced in the ad - just consider if you go in high season - the 2 smaller bedrooms are showing to the front pedestrian street with restaurants, so can be a bit loud outside on weekend - need to choose between noise or fresh air during hot nights

Points positifs : Great location, clean. Like the books, games and the little details of the small provisions.

Points négatifs : Very warm, no air con. Needs some tlc. Peeling wallpaper, wardrobe doors not working properly. Key at front blue door sticking.

Fantastic family trip

Points positifs : Stayed with my family & children (12, 9, 9). Great location for exploring Paris. Easy to walk to main tourist attractions, but also close by to transport options to go further afield, shops (opposite a huge shopping centre) and many great restaurants and cafe's. Apartment itself was well equipped for our stay, clean and welcoming. Hosts were informative and responsive with clear instructions for finding and accessing the apartment. Thank you making our stay so successful!

Perfect - would book again if staying in Paris

Points positifs : Location fantastic. Very clean and spacious. Nice towels and shower gel provided

Points négatifs : Square pillows on bed - perhaps it’s a French thing

とても良い、また行くならここに泊まる。

Points positifs : とにかくどこに行くにも便利。 後、部屋が３つ有るのでそれぞれのプライバシーが保てる、トイレ、風呂も２つ有るので良かった。 夜も店がたくさん空いていて便利だった。 ルーブルも徒歩圏内

Points négatifs : 部屋に行く迄が階段なので、荷物の運搬が大変。 まぁアパートタイプだから仕方ない。

amazing location!

Points positifs : We loved the property. It was spacious and well-equipped. The staff was great and always responded and helped me when I needed it. The location is excellent. We could do almost everything on foot. We will definitely be back.

Points négatifs : The only issue is that it smelled like cigarettes when we arrived. We needed to leave everything open to ventilate a bit.

Points positifs : La ubicación del alojamiento, estar en el distrito 1 te permite ir caminando desde al Centro Pompidou que esta al lado hasta la Torre Eiffel y muy cerca de barrios con encanto, de hecho puede resultar demasiado turístico aunque no se escucha ruido por la noche siendo la localización del alojamiento perfecta .

Points négatifs : Podría haber poco más de menaje; muy justo para 6 personas, de hecho no había servicio de cristalería para todos. De igual modo se echan en falta productos de primera necesidad como : detergente para los platos, paños o gamuzas, pastillas para el lavavajillas, sal, pimienta, azúcar,... básicos que considero deben estar en cualquier alojamiento y de hecho, hasta los más austeros no carecen de ellos.
