Apart Merryland Paris Châtelet

Points positifs : Très bien situé, 2 pas du métro châtelet. Super propre, bien équipé et hôte très réactif et accommodant. Quartier très vivant, restos, boutiques juste à côté, mais tout de même calme dans l’appart. Je retournerais sans hésiter!

Points positifs : Emplacement incroyable, équipement plus que complet, propre, cosy, bien décoré. Tellement agréable !

Points négatifs : Appartement avec un voisinage bruyant et des rideaux qui n’occultent pas assez la lumière du sas et du jour

A really wonderful little apartment right at the heart of Paris. I would highly recommend it

Points positifs : The location was amazing right in the centre close to the Metro, coffee shops and all the sights . It was very comfortable and quiet at night despite it’s central location. Everything was clean with a good shower. The kitchen had a microwave and a small hob plus a large fridge and a coffee machine.

Points négatifs : Although we were happy to eat at restaurants the kitchen was not really suited for people who might want to cook bigger meals

Points positifs : Great location, very communicative host, thoughtful items left for guests

Points négatifs : Noise from apartment above and from people coming in and out (although, to be expected from an apartment block in central Paris)

Points positifs : The host is extremely friendly and patient. I received very detailed answers for all questions I asked. The room has everything one can expect. It is extremely hard to find such a good accommodation at this price at this premium location. Everything is at very short walking distance.

GREAT LOCATION AND A GOOD APARTMENT

Points positifs : Very communicative owner who sent clear info on how to get into the apartment. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen facilities good although area to prepare was very small. Location was superb - in the thick of Les Halles area with many great bars and restaurants (and a big shopping centre) but still quiet as the apartment was 'internal' with just a window looking out onto small courtyard area.

Points négatifs : Cleanliness on arrival. Long dark hairs in the bathroom - rest of the apartment mostly fine. Also, obvious the property was used by the owner as a lot of personal items in various draws and cupboards - not a problem except it limited the space available. No television - should have spotted this on the description so our fault but it was annoying not having one.

Points positifs : Great communication with the host (instructions with pictures). The apartment is centrally located, well equipped and clean. I had a great stay there and would gladly repeat.
