I had an excellent 10 day stay, in a very central location.
Points positifs : Location was perfect. As the property was an apartment, I cooked my own breakfast. The apartment was super clean with everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable. I liked tge welcoming details on the towel labels! The host was very friendly and always available to me. As a frequent visitor to the city, I’ve stayed in many apartments in Paris and this one has been my favourite.
Points négatifs : To be honest, there was nothing I didn’t like!

Lovely flat, well situated and comfortable. Would stay again.
Points positifs : Very nice flat, close to a bustling street with cafes and good restaurants. It is also reasonably close to Chatelet Les Halles, where the direct train from Paris Aeroport arrives. The host was lovely and easy to communicate with, and the keys were easy to pick up. The flat was clean and nicely situated, and we would happily stay again.
Points négatifs : Two things are needed, although some may not find them essential: reliable WiFi and AirCon. (1) The WiFi was not bad when connected, but kept disconnecting for both of us, most of our time there. My partner had to be online for work, so this affected us more than perhaps others; from our perspective, the WiFi just needs upgrading so that it is reliable. (2) AirCon has traditionally been considered a rare luxury in France, but it is becoming a necessity in small ground-floor flats with no flow-through of air. As others have mentioned, this flat is very comfortable for the most part, but can become quite stiflingly hot and humid for 2-3 months in summer, and AirCon is really a must-have during this period. For reference, it was C23-25 degrees for most of our week there.

Perfect
Points positifs : The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly located – we were able to explore Paris on foot, with the main attractions just a short walk away. The place itself was very comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a full day of walking and discovering the city. One of the biggest highlights was the excellent communication with the host – Laura is a lovely, helpful, and very attentive person. What’s more, she showed great kindness even after we checked out – we had accidentally left a valuable item in the apartment, and thanks to her quick response, we were able to get it back. Our stay in Paris was truly special, and a big part of that was thanks to this wonderful accommodation. Highly recommended!

Points positifs : Great space. Perfectly clean. Was fantastic having a washing machine and drying rack. Laura was a great communicator with tips for our arrival and a comprehensive compendium of information that was really helpful.
Points négatifs : Only had one large glass. The mugs with no handles, while they look great actually get very hot to hold.

Points négatifs : Не було шафи для одягу. Ми були 5 днів і у нас не прибирали і не міняли білизну та рушники.

Comfortable apartment but amenities could be improved
Points positifs : The apartment was small but very comfortable and lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by
Points négatifs : Was not close to main attractions needed public transit The alley to the apartment was a bit scratchy The washer was only that a washer no dryer The internet was terrible and no smart tv

Top locatie, net verblijf!
Points positifs : Locatie was goed, fijn op begane grond! Een airco was geen overbodige luxe geweest, maar dat was ook het enige dat er op aan te merken viel.

Bardzo intensywny i udany.
Points positifs : Lokalizacja świetna, blisko do atrakcji. turystycznych, dostępne na piechotę. bardzo duży wybór restauracji w barów na ulicy obok jednocześnie bardzo zaciszne miejsce.
Points négatifs : Nie działała telewizja, nie mogliśmy obejrzeć transmisji z uroczystości otwarcia katedry Notre Damme.

Best place to stay in Paris!
Points positifs : This was a wonderful flat for us, close to good food, great night life, quiet at night with a comfortable bed. The morning we left, it had been a very long journey with lots of luggage thanks to sailing on Cunard to Europe. I forgot my umbrella I bought in London, the owner was gracious and helpful getting this to my French friend to post it to me. This is an incredible place and I highly recommend it to all! We would happily stay here again!

Points positifs : Geschmackvoll, stilvoll, gemütlich, sauber, auf kleinstem Raum alles da!
Points négatifs : Im Badezimmer kein Regal zum Abstellen der Hygieneartikel und keine Hacken an der Wand um etwas aufzuhängen!
