Fantastic Marais pied a terre
Points positifs : The apartment was in a great location on the edge of the Marais and was within walking distance most of the places we visited. There were a number of great bars and restaurants on the same street. The interior was modern, bright, clean and comfortable with all the accessories you'd need . Our host, Fatima, was warm and friendly and available should we have needed here. I'd highly recommend a stay here.
Points négatifs : Building work was under way within the block. That said, the builders didn't start until after 08:00 and were gone by late afternoon.

Great stay in a lovely Parisian neighbourhood with a perfect host.
Points positifs : The host was just perfect! They contacted us well ahead of our arrival, greeted us very warmly and accommodated our requests very generously and promptly - we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment is in a perfect location, metro lines 3,4,5,8,9,11 all within a short walking distance. Great neighbourhood which felt perfectly safe even late at night with many supermarket, café and restaurant options. Great apartment for a couple or smaller family - we would happily go again and highly recommend it.

Great place. A fully equiped apartment in Paris; what could be better?!
Points positifs : Great location; it seemed that everything was only a 30-40 minute walk away. Two metro stations only about 5 minutes walk. A great boulangerie just around the corner. Well appointed with everything you need.
Points négatifs : Not an issue, but just be aware the apartment is a 2nd story walk-up.

Points positifs : Apartamento coqueto y con todo lujo de detalles, en un buen barrio de Paris. Muy bien comunicado tanto a pie como en metro. Muy recomendable.
Points négatifs : El late-checkin incluye un sobrecoge de 50 euros en efectivo. Informar también que el apartamento está en un segundo piso sin ascensor.

Confortable, bien ubicado y lindo
Points positifs : El departamento estaba muy bien equipado, las fotos eran precisas con lo anunciado en booking y estaba muy limpio. La ubicación tsmbién es muy buena, a pocas cuadras de 2 líneas de metro y estaciones de buses cercanas. Diversas opc de bares, restaurantes y cafés disponibles también. Los anfitriones estuvieron disponibles y brindaron información cada vez que tuvimos alguna duda.
Points négatifs : Los espacios del departamento son amplios y cómodos, pero es importante saber que el baño tiene poco espacio, es bastante estrecho. No cuenta con ascensor, es importante saberlo si viaja con maletas pesadas.

Appartamento molto carino e ben posizionato, proprietario molto gentile
Points positifs : Proprietario gentilissimo ci ha concesso check in anticipato , fatto trovare una bottiglia di acqua a testa ed è stato disponibile a consigliarci. Appartamento molto carino dotato di tutto quanto necessario e tutto molto nuovo. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale con prodotti per doccia,sapone mani, un asciugamano grande ed uno piccolo a testa, phon Posizione molto buona, posto in una traversa tranquilla. a pochi passi da negozi, market, ristoranti. Ben collegato con autobus e metro. Unica cosa da segnalare per chi avesse problemi è che occorre salire una scala per raggiungere l'appartamento.
Points négatifs : Personalmente preferisco avere a contatto con la pelle il lenzuolo di sopra e non direttamente il piumino Bagno è oggettivamente piccolo così come già segnalato ma la doccia è bella grande. A mio parere sarebbe opportuno avere un sistema di aerazione esterno visto che il bagno non ha finestra.

Points positifs : Mieszkanie świetnie położone. W centrum a jednak nie przy głównej ulicy. Paryż można zwiedzać „na piechotę”. W pobliżu są bary, kawiarnie i restauracje. Mieszkanie w 100% zgodne z opisem. Bardzo przyjemnie urządzone, wyposażone w wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy a przede wszystkim czyste. Przemiła i bardzo pomocna właścicielka.
