Points positifs : Emplacement très pratique, proche de tout. Lit confortable, frigo bien frais. Hôte sympathique, procédure d’arrivée et de sortie facile. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Points négatifs : Douche ne s’écoule pas bien, chasse des wc faible, petites moisissures au plafond de la sdb.

Points positifs : Appartement en rez-de-chaussée très calme et confortable Accessible à pied vers de nombreux sites et quartiers à visiter

Points positifs : Great location at the heart of Paris. It enabled me to access very easily across the famous places in Paris in 10-30min. Also the room was fairly clean and organized. Especially for individual tourist like me, the equipment - kitchen, microwave, fridge, etc.. were quite fitted to the self cooking life.

Points négatifs : No specific issue. Just a minor note to use, there were three access controls to the room -I.e. two digital rocks and one physical key. To me I was not familiar with such controls, but the host very quickly supported, so no problem at all. *Also, given the good location + prices, such controls is quite minor point, I think)

Excellent stay in Paris

Points positifs : The studio is in a convenient place in Paris and is comfortable enough. We had a problem with the water on our first day (due to a renovation that was going on the building, apparently) and the staff was very helpful and kind to us.

Points négatifs : Room is a bit small, but that is to be expected.

A nice place to stay in Paris with attentive hosts

Points positifs : Secure property, reasonable sized bathroom/shower, ground floor easy access

Points négatifs : Unfortunately we did not have power for a part of our stay however this was quickly addressed by the lovely host

Points positifs : The staff were very quick to reply and answer to any of our queries during the stay. Comfy and cosy studio well located! Would recommend

Points positifs : とても清潔、立地が良い（スーパー、駅、観光地近くて便利）、値段相応、対応が親切、提携先のカフェ？に荷物預けれる、キッチンもある（コンロ一つ、電子レンジ、フライパン、お皿、塩胡椒・オリーブオイルとか）、タオルがある、シャンプーなどもある

Points négatifs : ・デジタルのキーが開かなかった。サブのキーボックスに鍵がなかったら入れてなかったかもと考えると怖い。 ・時々、お湯が出なかった。（少し長い間使ったからかな？）お風呂中で川より冷たい水で頭を洗うことになった。 ・トイレの扉が最後まで閉まらない ・部屋の扉開けるのにコツはいるけどなんとかなる

Points positifs : El apartamento está muy comunicado a un precio muy razonable para la zona en la que está ubicado. Metro, buses y una zona muy céntrica y tranquila. Muy segura. Además, Rod nos ayudó muchísimo con el tema de las maletas ya que llegamos antes de la hora de entrada. La comunicación fue muy fluida.

Points négatifs : El baño es pequeño y el inodoro está en alto, es un tanto incómodo, pero por lo demás está bien.
