Luxury architect studio near Le Marais

I would come back.

Points positifs : The room was well decorated, very clean and had everything we neaded for a lovely stay in Paris. It was very easy to communicate with the host and the location was great - very quiet and near metro/buss/taxi/restaurants/supermarket.

Points négatifs : The first day the elevator did not work, so it was very hard to walk 5 levels of stairs, but lucly this got fixed for the rest of our stay. The AC-fan worked poorly, so it was quite hot in the room when we slept. The room was also not equipped with a fire extinguisher, which it should have been now that you can cook in the room.

Points positifs : Everything was great, will stay again when back in Paris

Stylish and comfortable top floor studio in cozy and hip neighborhood

Points positifs : We loved the absolutely wonderful location, and the apartment was well set up with coffeemaker, kettle, fridge, microwave, and induction burner (although we didn't use it!) The bed is comfortable, with power plugs on both sides of the bed, which was convenient. The shower had great water pressure, and the towels were always dry, thanks to the heated towel rack. It was extraordinarily quiet and clean, with the ability to open the windows for fresh air on sunny days. I should also mention that the sitting area is just a folded blanket on a wooden storage box.. Not very comfortable, but ended up being very useful to tuck away our luggage to make the most of the space.

Points négatifs : This wasn't the fault of the host, but the elevator was broken throughout the week we were there. The apartment is on the top floor, 99 steps up the stairs from the ground floor. Julie very kindly let us know ahead of time this was the case, and left a lovely bottle of wine in the apartment for us. Unfortunately it limited how much time we spent in the apartment between outings, because I only wanted to climb those steps once a day!

Points positifs : Even though the room was small it was designed cleverly to make use of all the space, we were very impressed about it. We had great communication with the owner. The location was amazing, with so many good restaurants and bakeries in the area and very close to the Metro stations. The Internet was a bit down from time to time but it didn't stop our enjoyment of the place.

Comfortable and trendy place to rest after busy days around Paris.

Points positifs : The property was ideal for our trip. Was well decorated and clean, and in an ideal location surrounded by a social atmosphere of cafes, bars, shops, and transport. It had all the amenities we required and a very comfortable accommodation.

Nice stay for a longer work trip

Points positifs : Great location close to Metro lines and tons of restaurants. The studio has everything you need for an extended stay, including access to laundry and a hot plate for some cooking.

Points positifs : Izvrsna lokacija, čist, uredan i lijepo uređen apartman, ima sve što je potrebno za boravak. Blizina svih potrebnih sadržaja (dućan, kafić, restorani, metro)

Favoloso!

Points positifs : La posizione è perfetta, la zona è piena di giovani e locali carinissimi ma l'appartamento da sul cortile interno, molto silenzioso. Ci sono molti ristoranti per tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche, vicino trovate 2 supermercati!
