Great place

Points positifs : The studio is well equipped and located with plenty of public transport, supermarket and restaurants/bars nearby. However, the street is calm and quiet, as are the neighbours. There is a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine/dryer and a separate toilet, a hallway, a TV, a couch, a table with 2 charis, storage and hanging space, and a modern kitchen. The communication with Mickael was always smooth. I would definitely come back and recommend it for a short or long stay in Paris.

Points négatifs : Direct sunlight only comes in early in the morning (in summer). I missed tablecloth/placemats and an oven, but with the 2 hotplates and the microwave you will be fine. The bed could be a bit firmer.

Points positifs : Very well located, easily accessible, lots to do around, quite, clean, useful amenities, cosy

Points négatifs : The bed is not very confortable, it is quite soft and caused me minor back pain past the third night (probably ok for short stays!)

Points positifs : A clean and cozy studio apartment in a convenient location with plenty of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is a 6-8 minute walk from several metro stations, including Republique, Oberkamph and Paramentier. We visited as a couple, but only one key was supplied which isn’t very convenient when you want to visit different sites and return home separately. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return next time we visit the city.

Points positifs : Хорошее расположение, в пешей доступности несколько станций метро, самое главное что окна выходят во двор, поэтому очень тихо. Отличный Wi-Fi. В квартире есть все необходимое: микроволновка, вся необходимая посуда, капсульная кофемашина и даже были капсулы и сахар, чайник, утюг, нормальный фен. Вечерами можно посидеть на балконе. Микаэль всегда был на связи.

Points positifs : 地理位置很好附近有5、9、11號線。而且超市很多光是家樂福就有兩家。房間非常大，該有的都有，住起來真的有家的感覺。我會想推薦給所有來巴黎希望有空自己住宿空間的朋友！
