Séjour PARFAIT !
Points positifs : Emplacement extraordinaire, quartier animé, proche des restos, métro et appartement très propre, confortable, spacieux et moderne. Point très positif aussi pour notre hôte, qui a été très réactif et disponible, malgré un check out à 11h nous avons pu garder nos bagages et l appartement jusqu à 17h car notre vol était de nuit. Merci encore, nous reviendrons

Charming and spacious apartment that is perfect for families.
Points positifs : The location, the space and the amenities provided. The bed was comfy, and the place was clean. The cot provided for our baby was perfect too!
Points négatifs : No elevator, water leaking from the shower and no warm water in the bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Minor stuff overall, though.

I felt like a home in Paris!
Points positifs : The flat was a very good apartment. Between two Metro stations(Bourse) and (Le Grand Boulevards), and Supermarkets. With this two stations you can reach anywhere in Paris. By the way Rue the Montmartre is a very important street in in the 1/ 2 arrondissements.
Points négatifs : There was only two no: the light in the bathroom didn't work( in the mirror so it made the shaving difficult) and the fact that there wasn't an extract blanket in room.

Points positifs : Location is perfect, just 10 minutes walk from Louvre, on the lively street with cafes and bars, but it is quite in apartments. Easy to find, smooth check in, very clear. The apartments are well equipped, with everything you need, even umbrella, oil, salt and etc. very bright and a charming french building in the heart of the city
Points négatifs : -lack of the elevator and a/c, but it was obvious in the old building

Great apartment and would stay here again.
Points positifs : Clean, spacious, comfortable, and a great location. As some others have mentioned, if you’re sleeping on the pullout sofa the noise from the late night bar/restaurant across the street is loud, but my noise canceling ear buds worked perfectly so no issues.

Points positifs : Świetna lokalizacja. Apartament bardzo czysty, funkcjonalny i wygodny. Spełnił nasze oczekiwania i z przyjemnością do niego kiedyś wrócimy.

Хороший вариант для проживания
Points positifs : Понравилось, что ключи были в почтовом ящике, код от двери прислали за 1-2 дня (в рамках инструкции по заселению). Проблем с тем, чтобы попасть в квартиру не было. Квартира находится на втором этаже, подниматься придется по очень крутой лестнице. Сама квартира соответствует фотографиям. Удобные диваны. Не очень удобно носить далеко пищу из кухни в гостиную, но это можно пережить) Местоположение квартиры рядом с метро, пару минут дойти. До Лувра где-то 25 минут пешком. В квартире есть капсульная кофе-машина. Капсулы, соль, масло и еще какая-то мелочь есть.
Points négatifs : Было очень жарко. Кондиционера нет. Окна спальни выходят во внутренний двор. Окно в спальне мы почему-то не смогли открыть. В квартире есть большой вентилятор, он собственно и спасал. Но не хватало свежего воздуха. В августе в Париже было до 37 градусов жары. Было шумно, если открывать окна в гостиной. Под окнами много кафе и жизнь бьет ключом. При закрытых окнах шума почти не было. Нет утюга.

Wir mochten den Pariser Charme und die Lage direkt bei Cafés und Restaurants.
Points positifs : Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser für 4 Personen ausreichenden Unterkunft in Paris. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Metro war gleich in der Nähe. Die Umgebung war lebendig, aber dennoch ruhig genug für eine erholsame Nacht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ideal für unseren Städtetrip. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Мне понравились апартаменты, полностью доволен, соответствует фото.
Points positifs : Отличное месторасположение, непосредственно центр плюс рядом станция метро, наличие всех бытовых вещей (посуда, бытовая техника), чистые и приятные апартаменты, удобный порядок заселения.
Points négatifs : В зале спальный диван скрипит
