Nothing is missing in this apartment
Points positifs : One of the best locations I have ever rented. The apartment was fully equipped, with nothing missing. The landlord provided everything needed to make the stay more than pleasant. The house is close to the metro station and to Austerlitz station, from where it is easy to reach all the most interesting places to visit. The apartment has a very good heating system, and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a warm and restful stay. Highly recommended.
Points négatifs : Unfortunately the build is missing of the lift and with a heavy luggage it’s almost difficult to reach the third floor where the apartment is located

Great apartment, nice and cozy, near a park and a metro station. Perfect startup point for exploring
Points positifs : We had a great stay, check in was easy and well explained. The apartment is very cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay. The place is 5 min away from the metro station and right across the street from Jardin des Plantes. Our Host allowed us to check out an hour later wich was a very kind gesture.
Points négatifs : The access to the apartment is only by stairs and it is on the 3th floor. The floor is old and creeky, but this wasn't a real problem or anything.

Points positifs : Everything was very comfortable, a small apartment with lots of nice details and really everything you need for a stay. It is on the very edge of the beautiful Jardin des plantes, metro and bus stations. It is five minutes from the promenade along the Seine, and also overlooks the paleontological museum where our teenage girls spent a few hours. Communication with the owner was very pleasant.
Points négatifs : The sofa bed in the living room could be a little more comfortable for sleeping :)

Queria morar neste apartamento! Perfeito em tudo!
Points positifs : O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, super bem conservado. O apartamento é muito bem equipado. Tem tudo o que precisa. Até o difusor para secar cabelo. A localização é perfeita. Ao lado de estações de metrô, RER e ônibus. E com vista privilegiada para o museu, um lindo bônus. O anfitrião foi super gentil, flexível com horário de check in e check out. Atencioso quando o procurei pq esqueci a chave dentro do apartamento. Sempre que voltarmos a Paris, certamente ficarei neste apartamento.
Points négatifs : Eu gostei de tudo, não há nada que tenha me desagradado. Deixo apenas uma pequena sugestão para deixar uma balança de mão para que poder pesar as malas.

Points positifs : The apartment was great-very comfortable for four people, well-equipped, and clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from metro and train station, making it extremely convenient for visiting Versailles. Highly recommend.
Points négatifs : There is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor. It wasn't an issue for us, but it magth be less convenient for families with small children.
