Studio R - Paris

Points positifs : Super bel appartement juste super petit pour 2 personne c’est une chambre de 15m carré je pense mise à part ça le reste tout étais cool

Points positifs : Studio très bien situé, avec toutes les commerces à proximité. Situé au 6eme étage (sans ascenseur), et très calme. Bien équipé et propre.

Points positifs : Studio très bien aménagé avec matériaux de qualité

Points négatifs : 6ème étage sans ascenseur avec une valise assez lourde... Pas de sa faute, mais travaux importants dans l'immeuble à côté

Points positifs : Location was good. House was clean and host replied my messages always on time. For price performance ratio it was excellent. I liked the studio and it is fit for short term stay for 2 people. I highly recommended.

Points négatifs : There was no elevator in the building so you need to climb 6 floor up which is tiring otherwise it was perfect. If you are more than 2 person it is hard but we were couple and it was enough place for us.

Nice acommodation, sweet hosts and good location!

Points positifs : Super accommodation! The studio was clean and looked new! It was a nice room to be in. There is a fridge and a coffee machine which are nice extras. The parking lot was at a comfortable walking distance and the car was safe and inside. The location was ideal to go and see the tourist highlights we were able to walk everything and always had the feeling that we were in a nice and safe neighborhood. The hosts are nice and have a great way of communicating. They were always available for us and flexible to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Points négatifs : Que era en un 6to piso por escalera y no tenía aire acondicionado

Points positifs : El lugar muy limpio, perfecto en cuanto a tamaño y espacio. Todo muy acomodado y se notan instalaciones nuevas, perfecto. La ubicación muy buena, nosotros caminábamos desde el estudio al arco del triunfo en unos 10 minutos app. Excelente todo! Y Oliver nos habló en excelente español lo que nos ayudó muchísimo.

Magnifique et Parfait!

Points positifs : Perfect Location near (Ternes) metro and Avenue Wagram and l’Arc de Triomphe in 17th Arr. Shopping is near on rue Poncilet, with extensive food and other shops and restaurants, all around the corner. Very convenient. This quiet, bright, private and secure studio apartment is newly and beautifully renovated. It has a new kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, and a very spacious bathroom with shower. There is a very comfortable pull down queen size Murphy Bed. It is modern and new but very atmospheric. Two small balconies, sky lights, are with Beautiful views of Paris building roofs with the Parisian sky and clouds above. Lots of light! Great transportation access with nearby and bus Metro. The English speaking host is wonderful, accommodating and kind and very helpful English speaking host, Olivier.

Points négatifs : It is located in a 19th century building, on the sixth floor previously known as the “garret.” There is NO elevator access so it is physically challenging, to reach. (One gets good exercise when walking up and down the beautiful wooden spiral staircase.) I would stay here again, but it could be impossible for anyone who has significant physical limitations or disabilities.
