Points positifs : La segurité avec les codes à chaque porte. L'appartement coquet et propre Charles toujours disponible au téléphone pour donner des indications et donner une solution à un problème quel qu'il soit en envoyant la personne adecuate. Si le problème est inexistant car la personne est agée et ne sait pas manipuler ou mettre en marche un appareil il est bienveillant et patient.

Great value and location

Points positifs : Great value for the location. The metro is literally a minutes walk from the apartment which is very handy. Small apartment, but we had 3 people and we still had plenty of room for what we needed.

The location and quality of flat was very good, in line with expectations. Small, but that is Paris.

Points positifs : The apartment was great. Super central location. I had seen a few review commenting how small the apartment was so I was surprised on arrival it was quite spacious for a central apartment in Paris!

Points positifs : 숙소 위치가 좋았고 호스트가 정말 친절했어요. 게다가 캐리어를 체크인 이전에 맡길 수 있도록 해줘서 정말 좋았습니다. 숙소도 깨긋했고 겨울인데 따뜻하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 세탁기도 정말 유용했습니다

Points positifs : La posizione è veramente centrale. Facilmente raggiungibile con ingresso metrò a cento metri monolocale è molto ben fornito con tutti i servizi essenziali. Sotto casa diversi locali e un' ottima bar, panetteria essenziali per la prima colazione !

Points négatifs : Unico appunto il tetzo letto non era stato preparato e le lenzuola riposte in un contenitore non risultavano pulite
