Très bon séjour
Points positifs : L'appartement est très agréable, situé dans une impasse et proche d'un parc donc l'idéal pour la tranquillité. Je m'y suis sentie comme chez moi. La déco est soignée et les tableaux très intéressants. La cuisine est grande tout comme la salle de bain.
Points négatifs : La propreté du sol

Points négatifs : L'absence de climatisation, le bruit du voisinage quand on dort avec des fenêtres ouvertes, la musique très forte toute la nuit de notre arrivée.

Points positifs : L'appartement est vraiment sympa et très bien équipé (équipements et produits). Emplacement excellent, metros et RER à quelques minutes. Quartier sympa, beaucoup de boutiques, de pâtisseries et de restaurants dans le coin, un petit parc en face de l’immeuble. Notre hôte est très gentille, elle était toujours à l’écoute pour nos questions. Merci :)
Points négatifs : Le canapé lit du salon pourrait être mieux.

Points positifs : spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. quiet area, easy access to the center and main attractions. our trip was in October, so the possibility of heating was a big plus.
Points négatifs : it was quite difficult to communicate with the person handing over the keys in English, which resulted in a longer waiting time to pick up the apartment

excellent apartment with good location
Points positifs : spacious, clean apartment with all the necessities that you may need. landlords left a lot of cutlery, blankets, even some food. the apartment is decorated with amazing original paintings. location is great: it takes about 10 mins to reach the metro. I’ve seen negative reviews about the sofa, but it’s quite alright.
Points négatifs : everything was great, but communication with the landlords could be a bit faster.

Pleasant and quite comfortable stay in a central area of Paris.

Points positifs : - Apartment is really nice, we liked the style and the furnishing, - Location is excellent (metro stations (Line 1 and 9) are very close, a few minutes walking distance) - Lots of shops, patisseries, and restaurants in the nearby - Nice kitchen - Received clean sheets and towels
Points négatifs : - Cleanliness should be improved (the floor was dusty, and was not swept and mopped at all for a while). The rest of the apartment was okay. - the sofa in the living room is small and very hard. It's not really appropriate for sleeping.

Points positifs : Obiekt świetnie wyposażony wszystko działające 300 dostępne takie rzeczy jak Żelazko suszarka odkurzacz Mikrofalówkę piekarnik płyta indukcyjna cały osprzęt potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków więc rewelacja
Points négatifs : Przydałoby się informacja na temat tego co robić z odpadami bo tego nie wiedzieliśmy oraz dla dzieci trochę kłopotliwa jest wysokość umywalki i tutaj moja rada dla właścicieli przydałby się schodek dlatego że umywalka jest dosyć wysoko

Ich komme wieder....a home in Paris.
Points positifs : Sehr ruhiges kleines aber großzügiges helles Appartment an einem parkähnlichen kleinen Innenhof, daher kein Autolärm. Mehrere Boulangerien gleich ums Eck. Metro ganz nah, 3. OG mit Fahrstuhl. Sehr sauber und super neues Duschbad mit Fenster (kein Schimmel :-)). Wohlige Heizung (meine Reisezeit war November), sehr sehr zu empfehlen. Kleine Schreibtischecke für mobiles Arbeiten vorhanden. Danke Anne und Daniéle.
Points négatifs : Die Küche hätte noch etwas mehr Ausgestattet sein können, aber alles gut, Kaffe und Gewürze sind erstmal da, top. Und wenn man ohne technische Kenntnisse unbedingt Fernsehen möchte... das ging nicht (HDMI-Box war nicht angeschlossen), aber w-lan ist top.

Points positifs : Πολύ κοντά στο μετρό της Place de la Nation από το οποίο περνάνε 5 γραμμές. Στην ουσία πας παντού! Ωραία γειτονιά, με μπιστρό και εστιατόρια, αλλά και σουπερμάρκετ, φούρνο, ό,τι χρειαστείς σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών.
Points négatifs : Θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερος ο καναπές-κρεβάτι.
