Parfait!
Points positifs : Bien situé, près des Métro et du RER. Très propre, lits confortables. Bien décoré, complètement rénové. 2 douches donc très pratique. Je le recommande fortement. J’y retournerais sans problème!
Points négatifs : Entendre les gens qui marchent dans la rue le long des fenêtres peut être surprenant au début, mais s’y habitue vite. De toute façon, nous allons à Paris pour visiter et non rester au logement!

Appréciation de l'appartement
Points positifs : Apparemment très bien situé près de tout épiceries, pâtisseries boulangeries, restaurants, métro. Il y avait 2 chambres ce que je recherchais car j'étais avec mon fils. Par contre bruyant à cause du parc juste à côté ou des jeunes adolescents jouent au soccer. Comme nous étions dans l'appartement du bas tous les passants qui parlaient c'est comme s'ils étaient dans la chambre. Je mettais des bouchons la nuit puis le jour nous n'étions pas là donc acceptable comme situation. Nous n'étions que 2 et c'était parfait pas pour 5 personnes à cause d'un seul cabinet et ce serait tassé. Trois ou quatre personnes max. C'est vrai que nous québécois sommes habitués à plus grand comme espace de vie.
Points négatifs : Des petits détails comme un drap contour pour le lit du bas. Je n'ai pas trouvé de balais ni de porte poussière. La cafetière fonctionnait mal mais il y en avait une autre avec des petites cups. Une seule petite toilette à part mais une salle de bain complète et une douche dans une chambre. Je relouerais quand même cet appartement.

Merveilleux appartement au calme et dans un quartier vivant
Points positifs : Tout! Les équipements, l’emplacement, la tranquillité de la rue et l’animation du quartier, la décoration et toutes les attentions de la propriétaire (mise à disposition de lit pour bébé, chaise haute, mais aussi des chaussons…)

Stylish and well-equipped, but the noise and no AC may be a drawback for some.
Points positifs : The apartment is flawless in every respect: it’s modern, tastefully designed, and exceptionally well-equipped. The spacious layout, contemporary furnishings, and carefully considered details all contribute to a truly comfortable and homely stay.
Points négatifs : However, there are two things I believe are important to mention so that everyone can make an informed decision based on their preferences. The apartment is on the ground floor next to a lively square, where loud noise and shouting often continue until midnight. The bedroom window faces directly onto the square, so it’s virtually impossible to fall asleep before then if the window is open. The other thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable on warm summer nights. These may not be issues for everyone, but it’s good to be aware of them in advance.

Great clean unit that is a good base for a stay in Paris
Points positifs : Good location for access to rail and underground transport and so easy access to many locations. Good range of shops and restaurants around. Very clean. Kitchen and laundry well resourced.
Points négatifs : Like some previous reviewers, didn't realise it had only one toilet (two bathrooms though). Hot water struggled for 5 consecutive showers, so we needed so space them out during the evening. Unit is probably best suited to 4 people. Key box was a bit tricky getting into

Points positifs : It was very well equipped and very comfortable in a great location.
Points négatifs : There was only one toilet which was difficult especially in the mornings. Outside noise on the first night disturbed our sleep. Could not have windows open because of this so made it hard to sleep as hot! Bannister to downstairs bedroom very loose, my sister was frightened to hold on to it! Couldn't use safe as no instructions and left in lock position.

Well located, comfortable and clean. Great for a family when exploring Paris.
Points positifs : Well located, very comfortable for a family of four, clean and well equipped. Friendly host with excellent communication. The neighbourhood doesn't feel touristy, so it gives a nice Parisian experience. Plenty of excellent restaurants, boulangeries and patisseries nearby.
Points négatifs : Just need some clothes pegs for drying clothes.

Perfect break in beautiful Paris!
Points positifs : I spent 5 days in Paris cause I and my husband run the marathon. We traveled to Paris with our kids and my twin sister. The apartment was even better than I initially imagined looking at the pictures and reading the other guests' opinions, beautiful, bright and clean. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, close to two very convenient metro stations to reach the city center and everything there is to visit in Paris and also close to shops and restaurants of all kinds. Apartment perfectly equipped with all comforts. Very comfortable beds too. Sandrine, then, is indeed a very lovely person, very helpful and always ready to help out.
Points négatifs : Nothing... I'd only like to add that the indications to get the keys were well written, but the instructions on how to get into the exact apartment door were a bit unclear. We however found a very kind neighbour who helped us.

Lovely stay in Paris
Points positifs : Everything was wonderful! The place was clean and tidy. We had plenty of amenities provided. David is an amazing host! Replies within minutes and has a very kind approach. The apartment is close to a few metro stations and it's easy to go anywhere in Paris from that point. In the area there are a high number of grocery stores and restaurants.
Points négatifs : The apartment is meant to be for 6 persons, there are 2 showers but there is only 1 toilet.
