Een aanrader voor wie ligging belangrijk vindt
Points positifs : De ligging van het appartement is super. Het betreft hier één van de mooiste en gezelligste plaatsen in Parijs. Het appartement bereik je via een afgesloten poort en een grote en veilige binnenkoer. Verwacht geen mooi uitzicht vanuit het appartement zelf. Het appartement zijn troeven zijn de ligging qua buurt, de oppervlakte en de leuke extra´s zoals de biljart en kikkertafel. Verder is er ook nog een grote digitale tv aanwezig.
Points négatifs : Enkele kleine herstellingen dringen zich op zoals enkele zwevende planken die loszitten, de biljartstokken waarvan de uiteinden vervangen dienen te worden en de kikkertafel waarvan de balletjes ontbraken. Aan het verluchten van de kelder werd duidelijk al veel aandacht besteed. 2 elektrische toestellen verluchten de kelder waardoor dit zeker ok is.

Points positifs : Frábær staðsetning og algjörlega frábær íbúð fyrir hópa til að upplifa París.
Points négatifs : Hefði viljað betri loftræstingu á neðri hæðinni til að minnka rakann, að flestu öðru leiti alveg frábært.

Чудова квартира, чудове розташування, але вона для 4х людей.
Points positifs : Сучасний ремонт, гарна ванна кімната, гарне подвірʼя, прекрасне розташування, господар завжди був на звʼязку та любʼязно відповідав. Також дуже сподобалась більярдна кімната. Все було чисто, було багато посуду та техніки (посудомиюча машина, духовка, плита, мікрохвильовка, кавоварка, пральна машинка, фен, зволожувачі повітря). Давався набір рушників.
Points négatifs : Нас було 5 дівчат, але ліжок на першому поверсі було тільки 2, а у підвальному приміщенні неможливо спати через неприємний запах. Ми спали втрьох на одному ліжку на першому поверсі. При вході у квартиру присутній запах цвілі.

Increible experiencia en París.
Points positifs : Viaje con mis padres que ya tienen cierta edad y fue muy confortable estar tan cerca del centro de Paris que al mismo tiempo dispone de una gran diversidad de transporte publico para poder moverse con facilidad. La localizacion céntrica del apartamento es excepcional. El dueño del apartamento estuvo disponible en todo momento para resolver nuestras dudas. Este apartamento no estuvo disponible debido a una reparación pero el propietario nos contactó con antelación vía booking.com para ofrecernos un apartamento en el barrio látino. Sin duda volvería a alquilar un apartamento de este propietario y estoy seguro de que el apartamento Modern and eclectic 3DB en Marais está igual de bien cuidado ofreciendo igualmente una buena ubicacion en el barrio de Marais, cerca de Notre Dame, el museo Pompidu y el ayuntamiento Gracias una vez mas.
Points négatifs : Todo fué perfecto.

Spacious and in a fantastic location.
Points positifs : We had a great time! The apartment is spacious and the location is very convenient. Everything was very enjoyable. Despite being located in a busy area with plenty of shops and restaurants, the apartment is an oasis of peace. You can't hear a single noise from the street or the neighbours as it's located in an internal 'cour' with lovely plants. The 2 beds on the main floor are comfortable, the sofa bed in the basement less so, but acceptable. I just want to highlight that the rooms on the main floor are 'alcoves' separated with curtains as it's obvious in the pictures. Perfect for us, it worked really well. Some people may not like. Appliances worked well. Heating and hot water worked well. Washer/Dryer is very convenient. The kids loved the pool table and the WIFI.
Points négatifs : The property doesn't get full marks, because of some small details (small for us at least). There is no welcome package with instructions on how to use different appliances (finding the heating controls took a while, when folded and if you don't know where to look). We had no issues but other people might. One suggestion is to add a folder with instructions and maybe some tips on restaurants/shops in the area. A bigger issue is cutlery, we had 4 forks for 5 people and 3 spoons! Again no big trouble for us. We managed, but this is an easy fix. Same with the limited amount of crockery. Suggestion here is to equip better the kitchen. Missing remote for the TV makes it impossible to use, but the workaround is you can control with your phone. Easy fix again.
