Très agréable et confortable
Points positifs : L'appartement était très propre et confortable. L'hôte a été très réactif. Il était sur place dans les 2 ou 3 minutes de mon arrivée. L'emplacement était parfait. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne souhaitant séjourner à Paris.
Points négatifs : Rien à dire. Je n'ai eu aucun problème avec ce logement.

Perfect stay in central Paris
Points positifs : Great apartment in the heart of Paris! The flat was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils, including a coffee machine and coffee capsules, which was a very nice touch ☕ The location was perfect — central, close to many restaurants and cafés, yet in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent, and the key collection was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris

Great apartment in the center
Points positifs : Nice apartments in the very center, near to Metro stations and RER from airport. Everything needed was there, very spacious. The only tiny minus is noise from the inner yard, so if you are a bad sleeper, do not forget the ear plugs.

If you want to rent a house with price performance and zero problems, this is the right address. It
Points positifs : Checking in and out of the apartment, communication with the host was easy. The location is great for its price. Access to the metro and bus is only a few minutes on foot. Again, restaurants and cafes are 1-2 minutes away. Both close and in a quiet location. On the 1st floor. There is even an elevator. The house is very well decorated, with all the necessary items. There are 2 separate rooms. I think the bathroom and shower have been renovated, they are great. We stayed in March, and the heating was fine.

Points positifs : The location was perfect, right in the middle of Le Marais. There is a small supermarket next to the apartment. The room was on the first floor, with an elevator. It was newly renovated, and there was a full kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso . The shower was great and new. The best part was that Val was always nearby (downstairs) and very helpful. When the hairdryer broke, I sent a message via chat, and she brought a replacement to my door just 5 minutes later. They let me in check in early and checked out late. Thank you so much, Val!
Points négatifs : It is truly a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen. If there were a proper bed (instead of a sofa bed), a nice table and chairs (not plastic), and a washing machine, it would be perfect! I would recommend to the owner to consider updating the entire interior. It will be a great apartment.

Points positifs : Die Lage war unschlagbar, das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht, war vorhanden
Points négatifs : Es war leider recht kalt in der Wohnung (unter dem Apartment war keine andere Wohnung, deshalb war es Fußkalt)

Heerlijk, ruim en schoon appartement in fijne buurt
Points positifs : De ligging, de omgeving, de inrichting, hoe groot het appartement was, de ontvangst, hoe schoon het appartement was
Points négatifs : Het feit dat er in de woonkamer (waar ook geslapen werd) erg veel licht bleef branden in de nacht. Zoals de vluchtroute lamp, een felgroene lichtbron onder de tafel, het flikkerende lampje van de wifi, het licht van de magnetron, verlichting van buiten. Het werd er dus niet donker. En dat bleek lastig om te slapen. Advies: slaapmasker meenemen.
