Decent apartment and helpful hosts.

Points positifs : Appreciative of the effort to provide 2 portable heaters after knowing that the living room had draft of cold wind from the glass door behind the blinds. Overall the apartment was decent, toilets were clean and shower area had heater.

Points négatifs : Only thing is the room is on the first floor, we could hear traffic and also there were draft of cold wind coming through the glass door beihnd the blinds in the living room. As we booked this for 4 pax (there was only 1 room with bed, and 1 sofa bed in the living room), those sleeping on the sofa bed were feeling very cold - until they provided portable heaters which solved half the problem.

Points positifs : Great location close to metro line 7 ( To Lafayette galleries, and many more), walking distance to Gare du Nord. Private space and well catered

Last minute booking was a saviour for our Paris trip

Points positifs : This was a perfect location that came to the rescue as a last minute booking. Location was great - just a 5min walk away from Paris Gare du Nord and it was comfortable for our 3 night stay.

Points négatifs : We were missing small things like tea towels but overall it is very minor.

Terrific apartment in Paris for 2-3 people.

Points positifs : Great location, near the metro and some lovely cafes. The apartment is clean & spacious and in a good area. A terrific place to stay in Paris.

Points positifs : Der Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Paris war wirklich schön! Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Alles war sauber, modern eingerichtet und genau wie auf den Fotos. Der Check-in war einfach, und der Gastgeber hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Besonders toll fanden wir die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die Nähe zu Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und das Apartment weiterempfehlen! 💙

Würden wir sofort wieder buchen

Points positifs : Super Lage, U-Bahn 4 min. Und in 20 min am Louvre, tolle Boulangerie in 1 min. Schlafzimmer sehr gemütlich Sehr toll eingerichtet und renoviert Im Allgemeinen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Points négatifs : Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert Schlafsofa ist nur halb gemütlich und das Wohnzimmer ist recht hell und unruhig

Great location and base for exploration of Paris.

Points positifs : The location of the property was especially convenient coming from Gare du Nord and Gare de L’Est is right there too. Several metro stops close by makes seeing different things in Paris a Breeze!

Points négatifs : If you plan on doing laundry, bring laundry pods. Same for using the dishwasher as non are provided for either. One dish towel and no paper towels provided. It was quite warm in the apartment with no windows to open or central air.
