Amazing Stay!

Points positifs : - Our stay was amazing! The apartment is newly renovated. Very clean and well maintained. - The instructions to collect the keys were simple and easy to follow. - Our host was lovely. Very responsive and flexible. We arrived a bit early and thankfully the apartment was ready by then so we had an earlier check-in. My baby was very fussy and crying on the day of checkout and our host was very understanding and she let us check-out a bit later as well.

We enjoyed our time there. I would recommend it.

Points positifs : The property is very neat, modern, clean. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. No complain about the property itself, the kitchen has everything we need.

Points négatifs : 1. The instruction to check in and check out is not very clear. 2. There are no information on how to use the appliances nor where to find things. 3. The toilet door is broken, my daughter got locked in the first day. 4. If you can provide a better tea, it will be great.

Cozy; all the little details were noticed and appreciated.

Points positifs : The manager emailed the instructions to collect the keys. I struggled a bit until my daughter showed me how to translate the email. Once that happened, we found the unit on the first floor and had a nice visit.

Points négatifs : The unit was a bit far away from the areas we were interested in, but the metro station was five minutes away (at most.)
