Charming 4-room flat near Eiffel Tower-8people-2 bedrooms

Points positifs : It was perfect. The flat had charm while providing everything we required. We were met by staff who showed us the amenities and offered to provide recommendations for local markets, shopping and restaurants. It's up 2 flights of stairs, but they were easy to manage. The area was close to the Eiffle Tower and central to other sites.

Points négatifs : The only way to access the extra bedroom was to walk through the master bedroom. Due to this floor plan, there was a lack of privacy. This was inconvenient for our family.

Beautiful apartment around the corner from the Eiffel Tower

Points positifs : We loved our stay at this apartment - it was perfect for our family of four as both my sons got to sleep in their own beds. Having two full bathrooms was a huge bonus, and the kitchen and living room with doors and windows to the balcony gave us amazing airflow and light. The location was perfect for us - cafes and patisseries on every corner, and a short walk to Rue Cler and the Eiffel Tower. The check in process was personalized by Nicolas - he was so helpful and friendly and gave us several recommendations. You will need to take two flights of stairs to get up to the apartment - there is no lift. This was fine for us but good to know ahead of time. There is also no central air conditioning but they provided several fans that gave plenty of air flow - we were very comfortable. The bathrooms are small but we greatly appreciated having two full baths. Would highly recommend this apartment for a memorable stay in Paris.

We loved the apartment and the location was extremely convenient.

Points positifs : The balcony was big enough for us to sit outside at night, a real plus. We also enjoyed the kitchen and bathrooms - very modern.

Points négatifs : There were two of us, long time friends. It doesn’t show online that the two bedrooms are back to back. One had to walk through the bedroom of the other to access the rest of the apartment. It was ok for us, but could be a problem for others.

Wonderful apartment and location

Points positifs : It was a beautiful apartment. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. And 2 full bathrooms! It was very walkable and easy to get to metro stations. We would definitely stay here again!

Points négatifs : Two floors of stairs to get to the apartment - but we knew that before we came and, after all, it is Paris!

It was a wonderful stay and the hosts were absolutely delightful.

Points positifs : The location was top notch, close to anything by metro but not crazy busy like other areas we visited. It had all the historic charm and character with updated fixtures, brand new windows and doors and security. Two full showers and toilets was amazing.

Points négatifs : The bedrooms are tandem, so you can only get up to pee by going through someone’s room.
