Great location and base for seeing Paris. All the sights are on your doorstep.
Points positifs : The location was the main factor. In the heart of the city but very quiet. Within walking distance for all main Paris must do places. No need for public transport. There were some minor issues during stay but were dealt with super efficiently buy Annaa. The kitchen is OK - dont expect to do any major cooking, but surrounded by bakeries, restuarants, cafes and bars. Nice and warm. Opening the front door - push the key as you turn and opens fine!
Points négatifs : All good overall the location overcomes some minor issues if you're over 6 foot tall you may have to take care with the low ceilings - it is an old building. One of the bathrooms is a bit tight - but I am large build and managed OK.

Points positifs : Excellent customer service and location. Very responsive and willing to help even with request after the stay. We left an item behind in a storage point and Anna very kindly collected it on our behalf.

Points positifs : Exceptional located, friendly stuff, always available to prepare the arrival; clean, modern, bathrooms has good water flow, warm and cosy apartment; very good noise isolation although the bedrooms are well located to inner garten
Points négatifs : Everything was very nice, will come back. Maybe only as suggestion, a spare key

Wonderful stay in fun apartment
Points positifs : Amazing location, typical Parisian building with pretty inner courtyard, handy key system, good comms from the management, nice atmosphere, good mattresses and fresh linen, good WiFi, Netflix and coffee machine, comfortable sitting area.

Excelente acomodação próximo ao Louvre!
Points positifs : A localização é excelente! Próximo a vários pontos turísticos e muitos cafés/restaurantes. O processo de check-in é bem simples. O apartamento é bem confortável, tem aquecedores eficientes e a cozinha é bem equipada. O quartos possuem camas bem confortáveis e o Wi-Fi é bom.
Points négatifs : O box do banheiro é muito apertado, tem que tomar banho com o box aberto, acaba molhando o banheiro todo. Não possui lavadora de roupas, mas na mesma rua, quase na frente, tem uma lavanderia auto serviço, que foi bem útil.

Sehr gute Lage
Points positifs : Tolle Lage. Sauber , gute Heizung und Warmwasser. Nach Eingewöhnung gemütlich. Vermieter sehr freundlich.
Points négatifs : Naja, Ersteindruck gewöhnungsbedürftig, wie wenn man in ein Kellerzimmer geht. Aber nur zum Schlafen hat es gereicht. Sehr niederen Zimmer, Ausblick in einen kleinen dunklen Hinterhof. Fast kein Tageslicht. Habe mir aufgrund der Fotos und Sterne doch ein wenig mehr erwartet.

Points positifs : Потрясающее местоположение квартиры. Только ради этого ощущения, что ты в самом центре событий, стоило ее снять. Квартира хорошего размера, уютная и очень теплая. Меня не смущали даже низкие потолки.
Points négatifs : Плохо работает замок. Открыть входную дверь -каждый раз это челлендж. Диван был пыльный , на кухне совсем нет места, но в целом все замечания не очень значительные . Уже после оплаты бронирования на booking тебе предлагается владельцем квартиры или заплатить возвратные 500 евро на случай ущерба или невозвратные 50. Я же думала, что вижу на booking полную цену, без доплат..
