Confortable apartment in a great location
Points positifs : Lovely, slighyly quirky, modern apartment, very spacious for one person (and also for two) in a fantastic location with a metro entrance 20 metres away from the front door. It was quiet (I heard very little sound from the other inhabitants of the building). Bed was very comfortable. And as someone already mentioned, the nearby park, Buttes-Chaumont (combined with a walk along the canal) was great, especially on a sunny Sunday.
Points négatifs : Very minor comments (as I'm awarding a 10 😀): kitchenware needs an upgrade (many bowls and plates are chipped). The little table in the living room looks a little cheap. The WiFi password is the longest I've ever come across🤭.

Cozy apartment in the city center of Paris
Points positifs : Lovely and very clean apartment in great condition and also fully equipped: hot water, tv, kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom. Within walking distance of multiple metro stations from which you can easily reach all corners of the city center of Paris. To all solo travellers and couples.. this is the place to stay when visiting Paris. Grab your breakfast at one of the pattiserie nearby to kickstart your day and enjoy the many sights. A great place, quiet and secluded in a nice part of town near the metro, and plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants

Brilliant apartment for people that want to be away from the crowded city.
Points positifs : Loved the location, away from the centre but very close to the metro, so easy to get in. The host was lovely and kind and helpful. Easy access to everywhere in and around Paris. Walked to the parc and bakery in the morning.
Points négatifs : Nothing, it was all fabulous.

Lovely, quiet apartment in a great location to explore real life Paris.
Points positifs : A lovely little apartment with everything you need! Stefano is such a great host, communications were really clear and fast, and key pick up was super easy. The location is really wonderful, right by the canal, which means way less touristic and feel more like actual fun, slightly hipster part of Paris. I walked along the canal all the way downtown and the way was full of fun places to explore and yummy food to try. It's also super close to one of the most beautiful parks in the city Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, which is so lovely for a picnic, a run, or just seeing many many good dogs :). The apartment has really everything you need, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer for laundry. The layout is very convenient, with a separate bedroom, and a very good division between living space and kitchen. It's on the 3rd floor but the staircase is wide so it was super easy to take the suitcase up and down. Also, the neighbors are lovely! Highly recommend!
Points négatifs : Honestly it was pretty wonderful. The bed was a bit too soft and squashy to my taste, but I do like a hard mattress. I will say that the host should maybe consider replacing the pillows as they are quite flat and there were only two..

Tolle Tage in einer bequemen Unterkunft in Paris!
Points positifs : Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgerüstet und die Einrichtung war liebvoll und originell gestaltet. Es gab in der Nähe eine Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und diverse Restaurants. Auch die Metro war sehr nahe und von dort kommt man in kurzer Zeit überall in Paris hin.
Points négatifs : Mit dem Fernseher hatten wir Probleme, der Vermieter hat uns helfen können.
