Points positifs : The location was exceptional. The size of the apartment was very comfortable even with 3 adults. Everything was new and fresh.

Points négatifs : Was a little noisy but not too bad. Could have used more towel hooks in the bathroom.

We loved it because of it's location and the spacious rooms. It was extremely secure.

Points positifs : We were able to use the Building code to get inside the front door but we couldn't use the internet to contact the host before getting into the room where the wi-fi code was supplied. We tried phoning the number but got a French answering menu which we couldn't understand. Luckily, a delivery of clean linen arrived and the young man let us into the foyer of the room which was still being cleaned. The two girls cleaning were so helpful in giving us the keys out of the locked box. Thank God for them.

Points négatifs : There was absolutely no cutlery or cooking utensils. Despite sending messages to the owners, they never answered about cutlery in the kitchen. The bathroom needed a shelf above the basin under the mirror to make it more amenable.

Excellent time in Paris, from location able to pack a lot in the 3 night stay we had. Would stay at this property again

Points positifs : Location was great near le Louvre, clean and comfortable

Points négatifs : It had windows but unable to use - would have been nice to let some light in the property. Sounded like the metro was underneath us but got used to it.

Great Place, Great Location, Excellent Service

Points positifs : Location was superb - next to the Louvre and a host of other sights. Excellent range of restaurants and shops on the doorstep.

Points positifs : Quiet, clean, terrific location, safe and secure, good entry instructions, tip-top WiFi, and roomy. Would highly recommend. Do I really have to go home.....

Points positifs : Great location, just next to Louvre museum. Heating is working well. Bathroom is big and clean.

Great customer service. Outstanding location.

Points positifs : Loved the property location. You can not get better than this location. Restaurants and deli were close and the tenants were brilliant with communication and assistance.

Points négatifs : Only small things really: the kettle didn’t function and we had to pay an additional fee to check in two hours earlier. I would also fix the window shutter as it was difficult for the children to sleep due to not being able to lock it shut. Apart from these, we loved our stay. Would happily rebook if the shutters were fixed to lockable.

Points positifs : It was clean, modern and well equipped as well as being in an ideal location close to the main sites, and local shops too. We had a comfortable stay and would recommend to others. The online check in booklet was also very useful.

Points négatifs : We think that for an extra level of security the shutter windows on the ground floor should lock, especially if there is somebody is sleeping on the sofa bed. There was also a lot of building and construction work happening, we would have liked to have been notified.

We enjoyed our holidays there

Points négatifs : Some suggestions on sustainability: - small plastic bottles for shampoo etc. are completely unnecessary and should be replaced by metal bottles or refillable wall attached dispensers - a guide to recycling should be printed or shared otherwise with customers (available on https://www.api-site.paris.fr/mairies/public/assets/2017%2F5%2FGuide%20to%20waste%20sorting.pdf - easy to find even for a foreigner!) - many cities across Europe now use compostable sacks for waste to replace plastic sacks, easily available on French Amazon https://www.amazon.fr/s?k=sac+poubelle+compostable&crid=REQBHZE0JFE9&sprefix=compostable+sa%2Caps%2C88&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_1_14
