Séjour très agréable dans la capitale!

Points positifs : L’appartement est très bien agencé, avec une chambre fermée par une verrière, qui donne sur une rue calme, bien qu’on soit au cœur du marais. L’accueil est personnalisé et très chaleureux, Luc est disponible, et s’occupe de garder nos bagages (merci Mileva).

Points positifs : L'emplacement est super, proche des stations de métro. L'appartement est bien pensé et fonctionnel. Les lits sont confortables. L'accueil était très bien, Luc est disponible et nous avons apprécié les petites attentions (chocolats, bonbons...)

Points négatifs : Il fait un peu froid dans l'appartement malgré les chauffages.

Great host, location and experience

Points positifs : Luc was a great host who met us on time and was very helpful walking us through the facilities. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and right next to the Metro. Inside it was quiet and had everything you might need

Perfect base for sightseeing

Points positifs : Very well located beside metro and lots of nice restaurants and bars close by. Property very modern with all you need. Beds comfortable and quiet at night. Walking distance to some attractions.

Points négatifs : Apartment very compact but this is common in Paris. Very low roof going up stairs but we were warned about this. Glass box for a room so privacy is minimal.

A welcoming place in central Paris.

Points positifs : The property was in a central location and close to shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. It was also just a 2 min walk to the metro. Only a 20 min walk to Notre Dame and 30 min to the Latin Quarter. Luc was a fantastic and kind host and the apartment had a lots of personal touches. Luc was also very responsive to our questions and messages. One of us had a late flight and Luc kindly allowed the suitcases to be stored at his premises. We felt welcomed and it’s so rare these days to find accommodation managed by a caring owner rather than an impersonal agency.

Points négatifs : Everything was fine. If anything, a few mugs were chipped but that was a minor issue.

Marvellous, we are so happy we booked this one.

Points positifs : It was thoughtfully appointed, for all our needs during the stay, and plenty of space for our things. The location could not have been better, 3 minutes walk from Metro lines 8, 9 (for several galleries) and 4 (for the main station). An easy walk down Rue St Martin to the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame, which covered our other destinations of choice. Luc is a perfect host, and made us feel welcome as he greeted us outside and introduced us to all the features of the the place. We could have called him any time for help with any problems - but there were none!

Points négatifs : Being a tall person I had to take care not to bump my head going upstairs. Luc warned me of course but as usual I need a couple of gentle reminders from the ceiling joists before I remember.
