Points positifs : La grande surperficie du logement, sur deux étages. La tranquilité des lieux, même si c'était tout près des commerces et restaurants. La proximité aussi de plusieurs stations de métro. La vue sur la tour Eiffel et sur l'église Sainte-Clothilde ainsi que les différents balcons du logements.

Points négatifs : Le prix est élevé comparativement à d'autres endroits pour la même superficie et accommodations. À noter: il n'y a pas de téléviseur...

Points positifs : Greate location, cosy home with pleasant lihting and music scenarios, and, of course, amazing views on both sides

Points positifs : We stayed here for a week. Laurence was very kind, waiting for us in the house and introducing the apartment facilities and handing over the keys. The apartment is extremely well-located, very close to the subway station, and many famous attractions can be reached on foot. It's also very convenient to shop at the supermarkets around. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet our needs. If we come to Paris again, we would choose to stay here.

Points positifs : Beautiful spacious apartment, exactly as pictured. Great location, perfectly safe, with two metros within 5 mins walk, a supermarket and lots of restaurants within a few mins also. Very comfortable place to stay - fully equipped kitchen and two excellent showers.

Ubytování splnilo, vlastně i lehce předčilo naše očekávání. :-)

Points positifs : S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojení - nejsme ale nároční. Hostitelka byla velmi milá, vše nám vysvětlila. Lokalita ubytování je dokonalá - klidná, poblíž jsou potraviny i kavárny na snídani - většina památek je poblíž - dá se dojít pěšky. Byt je světlý, místa dostatek, perfektní je terasa a já večeřel pravidelně na střeše s výhledem na Eiffelovu věž. :-)) V patře má každý pokoj svoji sprchu, postele jsou pohodlné.

Points négatifs : Na bytě není televize - nám to ale vůbec nevadí. Na některých místech byl trochu prach, ale za nás to bylo úplně ok. Teď v dubnu probíhá v domě rekonstrukce jednoho bytu - každý den kromě neděle začal v 8:30 hod. hluk - my ale nespíme dlouho a do devíti hodin jsme vždy byly pryč a vraceli se pozdě odpoledne, kdy už byl v domě klid. Takže nás to nijak neomezovalo. Celkově ubytování hodnotíme vzhledem k plusům velmi dobře a rádi se vrátíme.

Points positifs : Being so close to the center of the city and still very quiet and safe area. First level has huge balcony overlooking the church. Second level also has a big balcony. On that level they have a washer (no dryer), and a terrace overlooking Eiffel Tower. If you have a courage you can climb oh the roof level and have a view. Host was very nice waited for us and showed us how to use everything. We love the hear tge church bell. Nice little jardin by the entrance. Grocery stores around. Enjoyed it.

Points négatifs : No TV, we din't need it, just in case someone planning to use it.

Points positifs : Gyönyörű, tágas és fényes lakás hihetetlen hangulattal és kilátással 😀 szinte minden nevezetesség gyalog is elérhető. A hàzigazda nagyon kedves és rugalmas volt az érkezés/távozás szempontjából is. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánljuk! Biztos visszatérünk még!
