Je recommande grandement l’établissement et j’ai hâte d’y retourner pour un prochain séjour.

Points positifs : Appartement PARFAITEMENT situé et très spacieux pour un logement de Paris. Appartement d’une propreté impeccable et très bien équipé, permettant d’effectuer les habitudes du quotidien de manière facile et agréable. Check in et check out simples et rapides + facilité d’accès au logement et système de clé ingénieux, efficace et sécuritaire qui permet de partager la clé entre voyageurs dans le cas où ils se séparent pendant la journée. Communication rapide et agréable avec l’hôte qui fait preuve de gentillesse, compréhension et d’une aide précieuse.

Points positifs : Location was great. The property was nicely renovated and had all ammenities for a family of 4 including a washing machine / dryer which was very handy.

Points négatifs : Property would be better with ventilation. It needs an extractor fan or air conditioning unit to remove moisture. It did have windows but as we were sightseeing we were uncomfortable leaving them open on the ground floor.

Very cozy, comfortable and modern.

Points positifs : The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Very close to the sights, the metro is 3 minutes away. Dishes, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV and Wi-Fi. Dishwasher and coffee maker, microwave. Comfortable beds, very warm. Hot water, great shower. New renovation.

Points négatifs : There was a heavy rain and the ceiling leaked along the wall where the child was sleeping on the sofa.

Points positifs : Very interesting apartment in a good location, everything within walking distance. The apartment has no windows, a partially glazed roof, only a skylight in the bedroom. We liked it, it is so \

Points négatifs : The sink waste is clogged and doesn’t drain in the bathroom. This was very annoying for us.

Points positifs : La ubicación es perfecta. Estaba limpio y bien decorado.

Points négatifs : Pocas ventanas, sólo tenía las de la puerta de acceso lo que era complicado ventilar y olía un poco a humedad.

Apartamento ideal para conocer París, en pareja o con familia.

Points positifs : La ubicación excelente, muy limpio y con enseres para cualquier necesidad. Todo muy nuevo.

Points négatifs : Había unos trabajadores en el negocio del interior del patio y hacían mucho ruido, además que limpiaban toda la herramienta en el mismo patio y había mucha suciedad procedente de sus trabajos. También debo decir que la única pega del apartamento es la ventilación del mismo ( inexistente) lo cual provoca un poco de angustia, todo esto unido a los trabajadores lijando pladur no permitían ni tan siquiera abrir la puerta para poder ventilar.
