Points négatifs : Be aware that the apartment is not suitable for bodily challenged visitors. (4th floor and steep stairs in apartment)

Very nice Paris apartment in a great area.

Points positifs : Great location, very close to both Gare du Nord and Gare du Est. You can be on the Canal St Martin within minutes and walk all the way down to the Seine. The property was very clean, secure and nicely presented.

Points positifs : The location, three bedrooms. Quiet and peaceful. Condiments in kitchen. The downstairs toilet.

Secret Gem in Paris

Points positifs : Its a beautiful large place. With three bedrooms and a sofa bed I’d necessarily. It was super clean and the owner was always available for questions. He even called before the ask if the bed arrangements were good. We were with a baby of one so I was happy to have my own room and a baby cot. Also when she woke up early I could go down stairs without waking any body up. The apartment is close to Gard Du Nord and a great place to go around Paris. A true secret gem.

Points négatifs : Actually nothing. But like mentioned in the description: it’s on the fourth floor without elevator.

Super für einen Aufenthalt in Paris!

Points positifs : Super Lage - man ist schnell an Gare de l‘Est und Gare du Nord - viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und dabei in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Der Host war immer schnell erreichbar und super zuvorkommend.

Satisfied with our stay and felt like the hosts were great.

Points positifs : The apartment was beautiful and the hosts were friendly and responsive. My daughters loved that there was a room full of toys. Location was great for taking the train out of Paris. Safe apartment building as well.

Points négatifs : It was up many flights of stairs and we had a lot of luggage. It was during a heatwave and was hot at night but overall a very pleasant stay.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious apartment, well-located in the 10th.

Points positifs : This is a great space in Paris, very spacious even for 4 people, with 3 bedrooms on one floor and a large living room/kitchen space on the first floor. It is on an interior courtyard, so very quiet compared to a typical Paris apartment, with almost no street noise. Everything was very clean, access was easy, and the apartment is well-located--two major train (and thus metro) stations are within a few minutes walk, with another metro line just a few doors down from the apartment. You can walk in a few minutes to the Canal St Martin, right at the level that has many restaurants and where people hang out on nice evenings. Guillaume was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and we really appreciated his flexibility with check-in times. This was a great place to stay.
