Points positifs : Emplacement, l'appartement très bien conçu pour 7 adultes et un enfant, chacun avait son intimité, la grande salle a vivre en bas, tout était fonctionnel et atypique, calme, hyper propre, bonne literie et les hôtes très réactifs via la messagerie. Parfait

Points négatifs : Seul petit problème rencontré, la serrure digicode principale de la porte d'entrée qui avait un fonctionnement un peu aléatoire !

Points positifs : Very nice location, close to everything. Delicious breakfast on the corner, 1 minut walk.

Points négatifs : There is no toilet downstairs, only kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bedroom with shower and sink. I didn't know that one bedroom is in the basement and on this floor missing toilet. 3 bedrooms upstairs have great bathrooms.

Great choice for the money spent. I totally recommend it

Very enjoyable. Excellent for large family/friend groups on short stays who go exploring.

Points positifs : Location is excellent and hard to fault being in the heart of Le Marais. There was literally hundreds of eateries, venues and things to do all within easy striking distance. The apartment is very good. It has some quirks as a living space which make it interesting and memorable but certainly not uncomfortable. There is decent space, all the facilities one requires for a short to medium stay where majority of time is being spent outside exploring, it has been styled very tastefully. The beds and linen were comfortable, plenty of hot water, heated towel rails, it was warm, everyone slept well. Kitchen facilities were very good including the coffee pod machine!

Points négatifs : Couple of minor maintenance issues (door handle to upstairs bathroom came off, had to fix with trusty Swiss army knife to avoid people becoming trapped inside; back bedroom ensuite shower door does not seal effectively so water leaks onto bathroom floor plus tight squeeze accessing the sink - this room could probably do with an update like the other modern bathrooms in the apartment; front door did prove tricky at times and is also quite a narrow entry with steps immediately down for those with mobility issues). The kitchen table warrants a rethink - something more stable definitely required, even if only used for morning crossaints/pastries. You do hear lots of movement and dog yelping from apartments above at times and the downstairs bedroom hears all water movements through the pipes. There is limited natural light with only two external windows (two upstairs bedrooms) with all the rest being internal rooms. Some bedrooms don't have any hanging space/cupboards.

Points positifs : Su localización es excepcional. Estaba muy limpio y las camas eran muy cómodas.

Points négatifs : Son dos plantas y el comedor y la cocina están en la planta inferior. El sofá cama del piso inferior no se puede usar por su estado y además tiene las tuberías del baño encima.

Points positifs : Sehr schöne, ausreichend große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, super sauber, gute Lage, Wir waren mit unsrer 80jährigen Oma unterwegs und sehr glücklich, dass die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt und jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt.

Points négatifs : Im unteren Wohnbereich gibt es zwar ein Bad, jedoch keine Toilette
