Charming apartment - 3BR-8P - Le Marais

Joli et central, mais il faut améliorer l'insonorisation

Points positifs : Un emplacement central qui permet de se déplacer à pied dans le centre de Paris. L'appartement est joliment refait à neuf (comme sur les photos), avec tout le confort attendu. Lits confortables. Serviettes et gel douche disponible en bonne qualité et quantité.

Points négatifs : L'appartement est au 1er étage et donne sur la rue principale, au dessus d'un café: c'est bruyant, et je ne pense pas qu'il y ait du double vitrage. 2 chambres et le salon donnent sur la rue. Il n'y a qu'une chambre qui soit réellement au calme. C'était ok pour nous: nous avons dormi avec des bouchons dans les oreilles, mais je pense que le propriétaire doit faire quelque chose, car c'est dommage: tout le reste est super. Pour les non habitués aux immeubles parisiens: la cage d'escalier est dans son jus :-)

Points positifs : Great location close to the train station and loads of lovely bars and restaurants close by. Comfortable and loved it had 3 bedrooms which made it really comfortable for us.

Points négatifs : I felt it could have been slightly cleaner, the floors could have done with a bit more of a hoover, but a minor thing as everything else was perfect.

This was an excellent property in a fabulous area. It was secure, clean and very comfortable

Points positifs : The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was exceptionally good, and that was one of our main requirements. The building was very secure but easy to access.

Points négatifs : One of the beds was a little too soft and was better for 1 person than 2, but that is a very minor complaint!

Points positifs : Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. When we arrived I could not access my email that had the code for the key lock and the host responded quickly when I called. The apartment was comfortable for the 5 of us. It is clean, quiet and safe. We highly recommend!

Points négatifs : needed a good clean. dust balls and clumps of hair under the beds.

Overall, we had a great stay visiting our daughter who has been studying abroad in Rome. The apartment felt small to me,

Points positifs : The apartment was clean and 2 full bathrooms was very helpful for our group.

Points négatifs : The street noise was incredibly loud. Our windows stay closed, but I am a light sleeper and barely slept. Our kids in the other bedroom and my mom (in the interior room) all slept through it, but the sirens, honking, restaurant, nightlife, etc was a lot for me. If you’re used to it, you’ll be fine. We live on a very quiet street, so it kept me up.

Points négatifs : O apartamento não fica exatamente em Marais. A escada é ruim para subir com as bagagens.
