Très bien , appartement facile d’accès et pratique

Points positifs : La localisation vraiment top car le métro est à 2 minutes, super bien placé dans le 17eme Appartement refait à neuf et très mignon parcontre c’est plus pour une personne que 2 personnes pour une semaine car il n’y a pas assez d’espace ou sinon uniquement pour un weekend Les équipements sont super beaux la salle de bain est agréable et spacieuse

Points négatifs : Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de congélateur ( un petit espace dans le frigo) L’appartement n’était pas nickel et c’est important quand on entre dans un appartement de ne pas voir les antécédents des précédents.. il y avait des traces d’urine sur la cuvette, des poils et cheveux sur le sol et le lit Et au niveau du linge de lit.. il serait peut être bon de le changer 😅 Au niveau du bruit il y avait plusieurs personnes en même temps dans les appartements à côté qui du coups ne respectaient pas les règles concernant le bruit donc deux nuits ont été compliqué mais ce n’est pas de la faute des propriétaires Il y avait une planche à repasser mais je n’ai pas trouver de fer .. donc j’ai dû aller au pressing

Appartement moderne très bien desservi

Points positifs : Appartement récemment rénové dans une résidence sécurisée. Très facile d'accès, à deux pas du métro et du RER C.

Points positifs : The apartment is in the renovated building. It is new, clean and modern. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, very helpful. There is a concierge available at the property, too. I really like the location. Public transport stations are 2 min away from the apartment. There are also 2 taxi stations. The 17th arr. is beautiful area in Paris. Across the street from the apartment, there are cafes, restaurants, small shops, flower shop, ATM, banks … Every morning next to a bus station, there is a person selling coffee on the street. It is truly lovely neighbourhood.

Points négatifs : The only thing I would suggest to change is the ironing board. It would be better to have a regular one.

Points positifs : The location is fantastic, surrounded by everything a tourist could need—restaurants, transportation options, and convenient facilities. The room is impeccably clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the furniture is arranged with great style.

Points négatifs : One issue disrupted our stay: a neighbor on the first floor who would arrive after midnight and create quite a bit of noise. He frequently moved furniture, slammed doors, and spoke loudly while using the elevator, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend you find him a solution.

Espaciosa habitación en paris en un punto central y tranquilo

Points positifs : Los colchones son divinos, el alojamiento es muy limpio y la localización espectacular.

Points négatifs : No tengo quejas, todo funcionó perfectamente.

Points positifs : Отличные апартаменты для проживания. Рядом метро и RER. В 5 минутах отличный супермаркет Моноприкс, пекарни и рестораны. Район приятный во всех отношениях. Довольно просторно для Парижа. Большая комната и ванная, оборудованная кухня. В апартаментах есть все, чтобы прекрасно провести время. В номере очень чисто. Есть абсолютно вся посуда для приготовления еды. Утюг с гладильной доской. Чистые полотенца. Диван, кстати, вполне удобный. В общем, все прошло прекрасно.

Points positifs : Все дуже доступно. Трамваї автобуси супер близько. Кафе, ресторани та кавʼярня з свіжо спеченими круасанами.

Points positifs : Очень чистая квартира, есть все необходимое и все Новое. Диван кровать удобная, интернет, кондиционер и телевизор есть. Стиральная машинка этажом ниже, и сушилка тоже есть. Душевая кабинка большая.

Points négatifs : Входная дверь снизу открыта на 2 см, в случае пожара чтобы дым вышел, так как квартира находится у входа вы слышите все что происходит в коридоре. Рабочие очень громко шумели каждый день.
