Points positifs : L'emplacement est parfait, 15 min en métro de l'opéra. la taille de l'appartement était bonne avec une belle chambre confortable et un canapé lit dans le salon. Le plus, un très grand balcon avec 2 fauteuils pour s'installer et une machine à laver et séchante au S/Sol. L'accueil téléphonique (via WhatsApp) pour mes demandes était parfait et surtout très rassurant.

Points positifs : Très bel emplacement, un monoprix pas loin pour les courses lits super bons, et immeuble élégant Confortable, propre
Points négatifs : Je l'avais écrit aux proprios, mais comme je n'ai pas eu de réponse, je suis obligée de le remettre là. Il y avait une odeur d'égout qui sortait de la douche et c'était assez désagréable

Good location, bad bed, noisy apartments
Points positifs : The apartment is well decorated and maintained, the location is excellent. The restaurants in the vicinity are great.
Points négatifs : The bed was awful and full of deep dents. The matrass was under blood stains, dirty. There was also no protection on the matress. (Molton cover) The top and bottom neighbours were incredibly noisy until late in the midnight while it was specifically requested by the landlord information paper not to disturb with noises after 21.00 hours.

Comfortable stay in the 17th arr.
Points positifs : Nice and convenient location to explore Paris, as there is a metro and bus station nearby. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and the A/C was certainly a plus. Supermarkets, bistros and a boulangerie are within walking distance. The building is in an excellent condition and the neighbourhood is wonderful. It felt very safe. It was nice to have a coffee machine, an iron and a hairdryer in the apartment. Furthermore it's easy to rent bikes and reach most of the main attractions in Paris.

Clean, modern apartment in the 17th.
Points positifs : Clean, modern apartment. Wonderful shower, plenty of hot water. Toiletry kit included for each guest. Big terrace. Comfortable beds. Easy coded entryway. Good communication from the friendly host.
Points négatifs : 1) Thin ceilings: able to hear each footstep from neighbors above. 2) In winter, I suggest adding coat hooks or a coat rack as there was nowhere to hang our coats/jackets.

Points positifs : מיקום מושלם, יש תחושת ביטחון, איזור שופע במסעדות כשרות, דירה נאה ונקיה מאוד, חדישה, מים חמים בשפע, מיזוג מצויין, מצעים נקיים, כירת אינדוקציה, מכונת אספרסו, מרפסת גדולה, קוד בכניסה לבניין, יש מעלית, מאפיה כשרה 3 דק' הליכה, היפר-כשר 10 דק' הליכה, שער הניצחון 16 דק' הליכה, שאנז אליזה 20 דק', מגדל אייפל 40 דק' בערך, היינו 7 לילות בדירה והסתובבנו בכל האזורים המרכזים ללא תחבורה
Points négatifs : יש רעשים מהדירה שנמצאת מעל, הזמנו 7 לילות וציפינו שינקו לנו את את החדר ויחליפו מגבות/סדינים/נייר (לפחות פעם אחת בשבוע אחרי 3 או 4 ימים), פנינו לבעל הדירה וביקשנו, הוא לנו שזה יעלה לנו 80 אירו, לבסוף ביקשנו לקבל מגבות/קפה ואכן קיבלנו. ייתכן מאוד שזה דבר מקובל בפריז ובעל הבית בסדר, רק שאנחנו באופן אישי חושבים שראוי להחליף מגבות/מצעים/מגבות ולהוסיף נייר סוכר וקפה לפחות פעם אחת כשלוקחים שבוע. אבל באמת שמעבר לזה הכל היה באמת מצויין🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great location & clean apartment
Points positifs : Great location & felt safe with family. Near to train station Restaurants & super market near by. Clean apartment & very responsive host. Got great terrace/ balcony. Really liked our stay here. Will visit again
