Très agréable séjour dans un lieu calme et confortable.
Points positifs : L'appartement est vaste et lumineux. On y est au calme ce qui est agréable et assez rare en ville. La proximité du métro, des bus et des commerces est très appréciable quand on est en vacances. La place de parking et l'accès direct par l'intérieur du parking vers l'immeuble facilite le séjour. Enfin, nos enfants ont été ravis de pouvoir jouer du piano.

Points positifs : L’appartement est très bien situé, proche commerces, métro... dans une résidence sécurisée avec parking L’accueil a été impeccable, toutes les infos ont été données, code, photos, guidage par téléphone... une personne très fiable et très gentille L’appartement était très propre, spacieux, la literie confortable, il ne manquait rien... petit balcon avec vue sur le parc intérieur... Un endroit idéal pour un séjour touristique dans Paris

A relaxing stay in a well-prepared apartment.

Value for money
Points positifs : Nice space as we were a family of 8. Everything thing worked and the host was very good to us. We were in a Renault traffic that is 1.97m high and managed to fit in the parking without any issues. It's close to the subway and it has many facilities in close vicinity.
Points négatifs : None that I can think of.

Points positifs : Very close to Crimee station that takes us to Louvre in 30mins. The host gave great instructions to get into the apartment and even left a box of chocolates for us. The place is comfortable for 7 of us though the bed can be a bit hard for some. The host even provided a comfortable double airbed in the living room which means more sleeping places for us. There is a piano in the living room too. Loads of storage. Communication with the host is great. The place is clean and safe. There is even a rice cooker, coffee machine, loads of towels etc provided. The old fridge someone mentioned in earlier reviews is gone. Would definitely recommend to others.
Points négatifs : Would have preferred more work tops in kitchen but this is no big deal. Would also have preferred bigger shower cubicle in the ensuite but this can be rectified by going to the other shower/bath.

Points positifs : Чудові великі апартаменти. Є все для проживання починаючи від каво машини закінчуючи приборами. Нас зустріли біля паркінгу допомогли припаркуватися і провели в апартаменти. Чудова людина відповідає за апартаменти допоміг з додатковим днем проживання яке ми не могли добронювати в букінгу. Все дуже сподобалось

Points positifs : Netter, flexibler und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Große Wohnung, gute Betten, gute Ausstattung, der neue Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist super. Balkon vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung super. Tür-Code am Eingang ins Gebäude und am Eingang im Wohnkomplex.
Points négatifs : Bitte bis zum Ende lesen! In einem Schlafzimmer hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert und stattdessen kam am alten Fenster viel kalte Luft hinein, ich bin aber sicher dass der Gastgeber das Problem beseitigen wird. Im Badezimmer mit der Dusche könnte der WC-Deckel fester sitzen und die Duschkabine größer sein. Das WC hat sauber ausgesehen, trotzdem hat es ein bisschen unangenehm gerochen. Leider hört man von der Wohnung darüber nachts ziemlich viel. Der alte, zweite Kühlschrank aus der Küche sollte so schnell wie möglich entsorgt werden. Er sieht sehr schlecht aus. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war super, trotzdem könnte er vielleicht etwas günstiger sein. Metro ein paar Schritte entfernt sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotz der Auflistung der Probleme bleibt die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden auch sie nochmal buchen.
