Points positifs : L’emplacement était super, toutes les commoditès à disposition
Points négatifs : Tout était parfait, c’était une agréable surprise de découvrir un charment appartement, en plus se trouvant au 1re étage, les commerces disponibles et la station métro crémie à côté.

Points négatifs : Pas de parking. Proposition de louer un parking proche et mettre en option sera une bonne idée

Points positifs : Très propre! Bel appartement, bien aménagé avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Agréablement surprise. Je recommande fortement.
Points négatifs : Quartier un peu bruyant mais personnellement ça ne m’a pas dérangé. À part ça rien à dire.

Très bel appartement pour un séjour quartier de la Villette. Bon rapport qualité prix
Points positifs : Le confort et la qualité des équipements, la luminosité de l’appartement et la proximité de la Villette.
Points négatifs : Le bruit du bar en dessous. Il faut des boules Quies ou faire comme nous : descendre faire la fête avec eux !

Très belle appartement, bien placer et bon rapport qualité prix
Points positifs : L'appartement est très beau il est bien placer et les transport sont pas loin très pratique, tout les équipements marchais bien et le petit plus pratique des machines et sèche linge est top.
Points négatifs : A notre arriver le code de la porte ne fonctionnais pas, heureusement que l'agent d'entretien était à l'intérieur et nous a ouvert la porte. Nous avons recu vraiment tard le nouveau code sans le monsieur nous aurions été à la porte jusqu'à 22H ...

Nice, Cosy and Comfortable
Points positifs : Apartment was clean and cosy, in a central location within easy reach of shops and train stations. It was a bit noisy as it's close to the road but I think it kinda added to the whole feel of being in the heart of Paris.

Luxurious Stay at Archereau
Points positifs : We had a fantastic time at GemBnB Luxury Apartments - Archereau. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a luxurious and modern feel. It’s spacious, very clean, and the attention to detail in the decor makes it feel like a truly high-end experience. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, making it perfect for accommodating up to four people. The location is excellent, close to amenities and within easy access to the metro, which made getting to the main attractions in Paris a breeze. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out, and the quality of the linens and towels was top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Points négatifs : The only point of improvement would be clearer communication about the deposit fee of €400 charged at check-in. While we understand that this is for the luxurious nature of the apartment, it would be helpful if the terms of when the deposit is returned were better explained upfront, so guests don’t need to follow up for clarification.

Points positifs : L'appartamento era pulito ,dotato di elettrodomestici e arredamento moderno,stabile silenzioso e riservato,.Inoltre la zona è ben fornita di negozi e alimentari, è tranquilla e ben collegata alla metro e a trasporti pubblici
Points négatifs : Assenza di prima colazione a differenza del boking in Italia dove abbiamo trovato fette biscottate marmellate monodose e cialde per il caffe
