Points positifs : Situation extra sur l’île St Louis . Super déco 2 douches

Points négatifs : Manque une bonne aération, pour les sdb et une hotte dans la cuisine . L’air passe beaucoup sous la porte d’entrée . Il faudrait des baguettes pour bien fermer les grands rideaux.

Points positifs : Logement super propre et literie de très bonne qualité !

Points négatifs : La caution à laisser fait peur au début mais quand on voit l appartement on comprends que le propriétaire souhaite se protéger de tout désagrément.

Cosy appartement

Points positifs : The service was good. We were 7 women and the place was big enough.

Points négatifs : Not all heating worked in the appartement so the first night it was really cold. The other 2 nights were good.

Points positifs : Very well organized. Very nice and accommodating host. The location is fantastic !

Points négatifs : Fortunately there were fans available but it was strangely hot inside ?

This was a great choice of appartment, we were really happy there.

Points positifs : Fabulous apartment in a great location! Super clean, well-equipped, easy to access, and communication was spot-on. Would definitely stay again!

Points négatifs : The apartment fits 8 people, but only 6 can sleep really comfortably. The bed on the stairs isn’t ideal, but still works. Having just one toilet for a group this size can be a bit challenging. This however did not disturb in any way our fantastic time in Paris at all.

Points positifs : I had a great stay in one of the best locations in Paris! The apartment is situated just a few blocks from Notre-Dame, making it perfect for sightseeing on foot. There’s a good bakery and a minimarket nearby, which made mornings and quick grocery runs super convenient. The apartment includes thoughtful features like a dryer and dual showers, which were a nice plus.

Points négatifs : The bathroom was quite small, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Also, I noticed some ants near the entrance, which was a downside. Overall, a solid stay in an unbeatable area with great nearby amenities!

Points positifs : So funky and modern in a fabulous location, you can easily walk into the centre for the bars and restaurants. Close to bus stop

Points positifs : Great location and good amenities. All the essentials were available which included a washing machine and dishwasher. Plenty of detergent and toilet roll supplied.

Points négatifs : The ceiling height of the one room was a bit low.

Central and cosy with room for entire family

Points négatifs : The sofa bed could be more comfortable The room upstairs is quite claustrophobic The curtains didn't close completely so you wake up with the morning light if you don't use eye mask Would be good to have second set of keys

Comfortable apartment in perfect location

Points positifs : Very comfortable, with direct access to the street, good heating despite the freezing temperatures in Paris.

Points négatifs : The only drawback was how unresponsive the host was during our stay, never answering any questions we had.
