Good for young ones & couples
Points positifs : Significantly good location & a significantly strong value for money option, in comparison to the other similar options in Paris. Smart features in the bathroom & kitchen, and comfortable bed/sofa (for a young couple). The neighbourhood was awesome, safe & close to everything. The owner was collaborative & communicative.

Superb
Points positifs : A superb location with many lovely restaurants/bars and shops on the main street.
Points négatifs : For me the bed up steep stairs and a low ceiling was to difficult to use.

A little hidden gem
Points positifs : Good communication and instructions from the owner. Excellent location - the Ile is beautiful and pretty much everything is walkable from there. Apartment clean and well presented. Comfortable bed.
Points négatifs : Not a place if you're infirm - the mezzanine bed area is really a crawl space with pretty scary steps and the shower unit is a little challenging to get into.

Points positifs : The position was excellent - near the centre of Paris with shops and restaurants nearby but quiet with nice little courtyard garden.
Points négatifs : The stairs and mezzanine bed a bit difficult to negotiate but manageable for the young and fit. The bath/shower was slippery and difficult to get in or out. A grab rail on wall would help and would not cost much.

Points positifs : The location is great and quiet ! The building is charming and quiet, the studio is decorated with taste and has all that you need.
Points négatifs : Getting to the bed is quite an expérience ! I found it funny though. It is anyway an excellent solution when you know how expensive is the space in the heart of Paris.

Genial, pero ... para jóvenes!
Points positifs : La ubicación es muy buena. Zona tranquila y estar en pleno centro de Paris es un lujo. Además tiene comercios en las proximidades y servicios que hacen la estancia muy cómoda. El apartamento es muy agradable, el baño está muy bien y la cocina tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para una estancia agradabel. Muy recomendable.
Points négatifs : No me gustó ver que la cama de matrimonio se encuentra en un altillo incomodísimo y casi impracticable para gente mayor (que es mi caso) porque la altura del techo no permite estar de pie; hay que entrar a gatas y avanzar de rodillas. Por otra parte la cama de la parte inferior es un sofá cama que el somier y el colchón son bastante incómodos. No lo aconsejo para parejas de cierta edad, pero genial para parejas jóvenes.

Heerlijk weekend Parijs!
Points positifs : De locatie is fantastisch: een heerlijk rustig plekje in het hart van Parijs. Vooral in de avond en nacht valt het op: geen verkeer te horen. Het appartement is compact (zoals je kunt verwachten in een stad als Parijs), maar van alle gemakken voorzien. De badkamer is zelfs (in verhouding) ruim te noemen.
Points négatifs : Het trapje naar de slaapverdieping is erg glad en stijl.

Было все хорошо !
Points positifs : Прекрасная локация , очень чисто , много посуды, тихо , окно выходит во внутренний дворик . Рядом магазин и кафе , а также Нотр- дам .
Points négatifs : В квартире нет интернета , даже мобильного . Возможно очень толстые стены .WiFi тоже нет . Это очень неудобно , потому что постоянно что то надо планировать , искать в поездке . И спальное место на дополнительном этаже подходит только спортсменам , небольшого роста или детям от 10 лет , а также мобильной молодежи . У нас было два парня , им было нормально более менее забираться по лесенке . Но головой по утрам бились о потолок ( высокие )
