Was a little worried prior to arriving as there were very few reviews. But it turned out to be a lovely stay.

Points positifs : The location was wonderful, on a beautiful street, very close to the botanic garden. Several bakeries and supermarkets in nearby streets. The host was welcoming and reliable. The apartment itself was clean and so stylish. A very Parisian experience.

Points négatifs : The minor convenience was that it wasn’t possible to store luggage at the property upon checking out.

Points positifs : Very nice experience with vintage decoration inside. All my friends were surprised and felt like stay in the house from the French movie. And we had very kind service, providing us smooth checkin and checkout. Basic facilities worked well including steady water heaters for showering. Be willing to recommend it to all my friends who want to visit Paris! The location is also good, easily accessible to all the famous sightseeing spots in 1, 2 districts.

Points négatifs : Since the floor board seems to be old, it would make a bit noise when walking on it.

Parisian all the way

Points positifs : The appartment is in really good shape and still keep a lot of things of the family when they lived there, which we liked very much since we felt the love they had for the place. Cristal glasses for wine, lots if dishes, pans and cooking pots along with coffee machines, dishwasher and washing machine (which is not present in the description, but it is there and it works). The balconies are small but allows you to enjoy the great view of Rue Monge (Also not included in the description). Downstairs is a great wine shop that helped us in english to choose champagne of a variety of prices. Excelent experience 🙂

Points négatifs : Just to say something, cleaning team is very strict on checkout timing. They show up at 10am sharp on your checkout day. Elevator is small, so if you are a large person, that could be a trouble considering it is on the 5th floor. It worked fine for us because only one senior was in the group. Tres chic im Herzen von Paris

Points positifs : Zentrale Lage im Quartier Latin, sehr gute Infrastruktur, Metro um die Ecke, Seine zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen, wohnen wie eine Pariser Familie, Tres chic!

Points négatifs : Sehr viele Möbel waren zugeklebt und versiegelt, da es sich um eine sonst bewohnte Wohnung handelt, hat etwas den Pariser Flair getrübt, ansonsten alles Bestens!
