Parfait pour visiter Paris !

Points positifs : Très bien situé, bien sécurisé, appartement avec beaucoup de charme, salle de bain très propre, eau bien chaude, de nombreux équipements, tout fonctionnait. Chauffage parfait également

Points négatifs : Confort du matelas qui pourrait être mieux en bas et à l'étage.

Points positifs : The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby and a wonderful local café right next door. Situated in a local safe French neighborhood, the metro is just around the corner. The property itself is beautiful and well-equipped, offering nearly everything you could need in terms of amenities. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Points positifs : Very close to metro, lovely outdoor area, good kitchen, nice shower and plenty of PowerPoints. Good access to local restaurants; not your standard tourist network

Points négatifs : Gate on entrance to area flat was in was a lil faulty getting out but if you could fit your arm through the gate it was an easy fix

Loved the flat, the stone and wood. We easily made it a home for 6 days.

Points positifs : Richard (property manager) was very accommodating and available, access was easy. Exactly as described and shown in the photos. We travel light (one small bag each) so tight stairs easy to navigate. It gave us separation of space so one could sleep and the other could read, eat and make coffee. We were a 5 minute walk to the Metro and RER (regional train) that made travel in, around and out of Paris easy. The neighborhood was very enjoyable and one of the reasons we chose this flat: to be among Parisians. Local merchants were friendly and offered breads, cheeses, butchery, wines, etc. Recommend Kalank as an enjoyable dinner restaurant (5 minute walk), also the Thai restaurant across the street. Sat in the cafe/bar outside our entrance and enjoyed wine as we “people watched” along the boulevard.
