Points positifs : L'emplacement est parfait! Le bistrot en bas etait notamment parfait pour les petits dejeuners. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. La communication était fluide merci!

Points négatifs : Une fois le lit déplié, il reste peu d'espace dans l'appartement, et il y a peu d'isolation phonique (le lit est très proche de l'entrée et donc du couloir) mais l'immeuble est d'époque et le rapport qualité prix reste intéressant !

Central Location, perfect to get around Paris.

Points positifs : The location is excellent, close to most attractions and lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. It is about an hour walk to the Eiffel Tower. The lourve and love bridge is around 20mins. The communication was excellent by the host. The bathroom looks new and clean. The heating was excellent, very warm consistently.

Points négatifs : It was very noisy, there is nothing the owner can do but guests were running up and down the stairs each night (until 4/5 am), assuming they were tourists. Again, nothing the owner can do but the old building is not sound proof, you can hear everything,!! Also the bathroom could do with a shelf to hold the shower gel and soap. The heater in the bathroom was working on and off. The owner knows about it. Worked on and off, maybe needs to be replaced.

Would highly recommend!

Points positifs : A very well kept property with all the amenities we needed (and more!). The location felt very safe and it was clear the host was trying to give the very best service possible. Also, very conveniently, the metro is really close to the property. Would highly recommend!

Points négatifs : Slightly smaller than we expected but this was as shown in the photos.

Points positifs : Great location, next to a lively street, but the window opens to a small internal courtyard, so only the stairwell was occasionally noisy (we stayed in Home1).Nice restaurants are abundant, try Monkey, it was cosy and both the drinks and the food were excellent! But really, too many places to name for every taste possible. Both the RER and the metro from Orly has a stop about 15mins walk away. Metro 4 is 5mins, Louvre, Notre Dame less, than 20mins on foot, 10 minutes by public transport. The apartment is tiny, the bed takes up all the space, but it has a nice bathroom with a spacious shower. Water is proper hot and pressure is excellent too. The bed was too soft for our taste, but big and high, so it was easy to get off of it. We had one giant duvet for the two of us, which I loved. We stayed on the first floor and there is a lovely little elevator too.

Points négatifs : There are some minor things missing (coat hanger, dish rack, shelf in the shower) and the stairwell was a little noisy, but overall we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay:)

Well located to enjoy and access the city of Paris and all it offers.

Points positifs : The property is well located and very easy to access. It is well situated to utilize the metro and I strongly advise investing in a metro pass for the time of your stay to make your navigation of the city easy and efficient. The neighborhood is quite quaint, safe and clean. It was easy to access the hub and bustle of the hip area, but quiet enough despite the short walk. We loved the air conditioning, the ability to prepare breakfast—- with stovetop, fridge & washer/dryer. The kitchen although compact is efficient and the elevator was a bonus to haul our luggage up & down upon arrival/departure.

Points négatifs : One drawback was the late check in for 4pm. Our flight arrived at 10 am with 8 hours air travel + 2 hour commute from CDG airport door to door. Despite luggage storage being made available - our need was to crash & sleep jet lag away. Also, the studio although compact and efficient, would benefit from some additions: some hooks to hang jacket/backpack on the wall or back of the door, a shelf in the bath for bath needs, and a hanging shower caddy for soaps and washes would be welcome additions.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, pulito e funzionale

Points positifs : L'appartamento si trova al primo piano con ascensore. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi Notre Dame, il quartiere latino, Montmartre, comoda anche la metro a pochi metri dall'alloggio e il centro Les Halles per il Rer e lo shopping. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e vicino ci sono vie con tantissimi locali per mangiare. Comodissima anche la cucina ben fornita e il bagno è pulito, moderno e funzionale. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e le comunicazioni sono state tempestive per poter accedere agilmente in autonomia. Assolutamente consigliato!

Points négatifs : Ho suggerito al proprietario qualche gancio per poter appendere i capi di abbigliamento quando si rientra da fuori. Mentre la porta di ingresso non è insonorizzata quindi si sente tutto di chi passa nel condominio, ma immagino siano porte storiche e si possa fare poco. Nel complesso è stata un'ottima esperienza.
