A beautiful Parisian flat with lots of character. In a great area, not touristic at all 😊

Points positifs : Lovely personable apartment. Very comfortable and everything you need. In a beautiful private courtyard. A lift, so easy to access. The host was very friendly and helpful, with great communication.

Relaxing, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location.

Points positifs : The location is excellent- easy access to a metro station with two lines and lots of vibrant shopping, restaurants and nightlife. There is a lift to the apartment floor, which is a bonus (it's a traditional Haussmanian roof apartment with lovely Parisian rooftop views). The apartment has everything one needs to stay like it is their own apartment. It is beautifully and interestingly decorated, and along with that I would suggest that anyone staying here would have to be very vigilant if you had small kids as there is access to personal items and breakable decor. The host was lovely and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Points positifs : Wir haben uns in Sylvies Appartement in Paris sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage - sehr nah zur Metro, Bäcker, Obst-/Gemüsehändler, kleine Cafés und Restaurants sind um die Ecke, insgesamt ein tolles Viertel, auch mit schönen Parks. Als Startpunkt für Spaziergänge zu Sacré Cœur oder Moulin Rouge wirklich ideal. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist mit dem Aufzug sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir im Urlaub so gebraucht haben. Ganz besonders hat uns der Charme und der Charakter der Wohnung gefallen - es gab immer wieder etwas zu entdecken und diese persönliche Atmosphäre hat uns so viel besser gefallen als jedes Hotelzimmer. Vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung - wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Points positifs : Huoneisto sijaitsee 17 piirissä hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä keskustasta. Rue des Dames kadun varrelta löytyy vihanneskauppa,, kahviloita ja kuppiloita. Lähistöllä myöa ruokakauppoja ja ravintoloita. Asunto sijaitsee 6. Kerroksessa ja sinne on pieni hissi. Tilaa on hyvin 4 hengen perheelle. Vietimme ihanan loman täällä.

Прекрасная квартира в Париже

Points positifs : Это замечательная квартира в прекрасном районе Парижа. Район очень приятный, много кафе и магазинчиков. Квартира в отличном доме с закрытым двором под самой крышей, оформлена со вкусом, в ней много книг - прекрасные издания по искусству и моде. Взгляд все время выхватывает все новые интересные элементы интерьера и оформления. В квартире одна отдельная спальня, вторая кровать в проходной комнате. Одна ванная комната с ванной, вторая - это душ и туалет. Уютная гостиная и кухня со всем необходимым. Нам было очень комфортно здесь. Замечательная хозяйка, приветливая и обстоятельная. Было очень приятно общаться. Очень рекомендую эту квартиру для путешествия. По сравнению с малюсенькими номерами в отелях, это возможность разместиться с комфортом. А еще позволяет узнать больше о настоящем, нетуристическом Париже.
