lovely apartment
Points positifs : very well presented property in great location. host allowed us to leave suitcases as we had a later flight.
Points négatifs : some noise from the street but this is down to the excellent location and not something the host could change -would stay again

Lovely Paris Rooftop Apartment in a great location with fabulous views from the roof.
Points positifs : The location was fantastic - only a short walk to The Louvre and many very nice restaurants within a close proximity (a fantastic pizza restaurant immediately downstairs!). The apartment was beautiful - lovely decor and very well equipped (and extremely clean!)...and the rooftop was so inviting to sit and enjoy a casual meal (sadly, it rained the night we were there so we missed out). The owner is a delightful lady and is very contactable (unlike some other places we have stayed). Also, we had no trouble booking just for one night (some places have a minimum 3 night stay). I would definitely stay at Paris Rooftop Apartment again!
Points négatifs : As this trip was a holiday for myself and my daughter (and we had heavy cases laden with holiday purchases) the many, MANY stairs did pose a challenge. Being a rooftop apartment, it was (naturally) on the top floor (with no elevator) and the apartment itself is 6 storeys of stairs). We were told there were a lot of stairs but I wasn't expecting quite that many. The only other thing to mention is that because of its great location, it was rather noisy until fairly late due to the crowds of people enjoying the local restaurants . Some were quite rowdy (of course, it's possible there was a celebration of some sort happening the night of our stay). Other than these two issues, this really is a perfect apartment for a Paris stay.

Points positifs : Das Apartment war perfket, die Wohnung ist ihnen mehreren Etagen, das war richtig toll, schalffzimmer sind nebeneinander die Betten sind toll, die Einrichtung modern und intressant, die Dachterasse hat auch liegestühle und die atmosphäre ist privat.

Spektakuläre Lage in einer wunderbaren Wohnung
Points positifs : Die Lage ist fantastisch. Das Apartment ist wunderschön, große Zimmer, schöne Bäder, eine helle, geräumige Küche und eine spektakuläre Dachterrasse. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich. Wir haben uns einfach sehr wohl gefühlt.
Points négatifs : Am Anfang hatten wir Bedenken, weil es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Aber man gewöhnt sich an die Treppen sehr schnell. Und obwohl eine von uns schon Mitte 70 war, war das treppensteigen trotzdem überhaupt kein Problem.

A wonderful apartment to relax and enjoy in the heart of Paris❣️
Points positifs : The location was close to a huge metro and RER station, you could walk to the river, museums and lots of great cafes. It was very modern and we enjoyed the rooftop. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful.
Points négatifs : So many stairs, 72 to get to the front door and 60 inside the apartment from the door to the rooftop.

If you travel with 3-5 persons it’s amazing home in the heart of Paris .
Points positifs : This apartment is very stylish & just renovated . The amazing terrace on the roof adds super bonus to Paris attractions. Location is next to all main sites. We have all necessary things inside including all devices . You feel in the heart of Paris like at home.
Points négatifs : You’ll have the upper floor with no lift. But it’s part of adventure as well

Points positifs : The apartment is excellent! The rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The location is super convenient — everything is within walking distance. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends!

Paris wasn’t even on my list of places to visit in Europe, but I think it might be my favorite now! The apartment, itsel
Points positifs : Location was fantastic! It was close to the Louvre and the Notre Dame, but it was not a touristy neighborhood. It felt very authentic “Paris”. Host was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was gorgeous! Every detail was beautifully curated. Rooftop terrace was incredible! Helpful to have laundry in the apartment! For a family of four, it allowed us plenty of space. Our kids (13 and 16) wished we could stay there for our whole trip. My daughter has Celiac and there were delicious options within a short walk: Copains (dedicated gluten-free bakery/Café) was our absolute favorite… we went every day. Had delicious pizza (regular and gluten free options) just a couple blocks away at an authentic Italian restaurant.
Points négatifs : The apartment is at the top of the building so we had many stairs to climb (no elevator) every time we left or returned to the apartment. Not a problem for us but may be for some.
