Points positifs : Discrétion, spacieux, bien décoré et équipé, très propre. Appartement vraiment à recommander
Points négatifs : Procédure trop compliqué et longue pour avoir les clés . Trop de mail et de demandes. Même si les interlocuteurs étaient disponibles et agréables.

Points positifs : Beaucoup plus grand et moins cher qu'une chambre d'hotel, bonne communication avec l'hôte, accès facile (digicode et box à clés), bon emplacement, bon wifi, tous les accessoires nécessaires (cuisine), prises USB, facilité et rapidité du check-in/check-out. Je recommande.
Points négatifs : Lit double de la chambre un peu trop petit (mais bonne literie). Bruit continu du métro souterrain (mais on s'y habitue).

Points positifs : Le logement est super. Avec un emplacement au top. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Le calme
Points négatifs : Revoir quelques tâches sur la literie, et les meubles surtout les portes à resserrer et aligner. La télé au dessus du canapé.

Bonne adresse pour un groupe pi
Points positifs : La localisation, proche du métro et des commerces. La literie neuve. Les équipements neufs. Le bon rapport qualité prix pour 6 personnes.
Points négatifs : Les travaux dans l'appartement d'à côté (ça ne durera pas, normalement). L'absence de précision : la 2e chambre, avec deux lits, est une mezzanine, dans la pièce principale. Personnes âgées ou de grande taille, s'abstenir ! Pour la mezzanine : un rideau manque pour masquer la lumière ; la cour intérieure reste allumée toute la nuit.

Gorgeous little apartment with everything you need. Comfortable and the central location was perfect!
Points positifs : Central location, we didn’t need to take the Metro once. Lovely restaurants on the doorstep! Futons were so comfortable.
Points négatifs : The TV was badly placed and we couldn’t get the channel to move past Bluey 🙈Had an initial problem with the WiFi but our queries were immediately answered by email.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable and highly recommended.
Points positifs : The location was perfect for exploring Paris —central and within easy walking distance to restaurants, major sightseeing spots, and the Metro. The apartment itself was chic, well-maintained, clean, and cozy, offering ample space for my family of four with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and kitchen/living area. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine, which was a lifesaver after a week of traveling. The efficient heating system made it easy to dry everything quickly and kept us warm after cold winter days exploring Paris, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
Points négatifs : The low ceiling of the 2nd bedroom on the mezzanine was a little challenging for taller adult kids. We appreciated knowing about it pre-trip and it didn't detract from the overall experience.

Points positifs : Absolutely loved the location, so convenient: we walked nearly everywhere. So many restaurants and bars nearby as well as fabulous food shops, and metro stations. The kitchen area was well fitted out, the beds were comfy, the showers were great, and the shower products were fabulous. The key codes were easy to use and handy to leave the key behind for peace of mind. Would love to come back if there was just some comfier seating.
Points négatifs : Small issues: the pillows were lumpy, so they could do with replacing. The biggest problem was not having comfortable seating. The apartment is for more than two people, yet only one small uncomfortable couch. It would be good to have another soft seat or even some bean bags to allow guests to relax. We could not get the TV to work as there were no instructions on how to use it. Maybe that was just us, though.

Points positifs : ロケーションが最高でした。飲食店もスーパーも近く、地下鉄やバス停もすぐで本当に便利。ルーブルやオペラ座にも歩いて行ける距離でした。キッチンも使い勝手がよく、コーヒーや紅茶のパックも無料でおいてあり、ありがたく使わせてもらいました。友人家族と４人で滞在したのですが、広さはちょうど良かったです。
Points négatifs : 事前に分かってはいましたが、ベッドフロアへの移動で階段も狭いため、大人（150センチ以上の身長）だと、頭をぶつけてしまうこと。１つのシャワールームのシャワーヘッドが壊れかかっていること、乾燥機がいまいち弱く、タオルなどが乾きづらかったことです。でもそれ以外は良かったし、値段相応だと思います。

Points positifs : Las fotos de booking coincidían con lo q nos encontramos..La ubicación fenomenal, a 20 mn de Notre-Dame, 30 mn del Louvre, Orsay. Rodeados de callejuelas típicas parisinas con restaurantes ,supermercados...El metro y RER A 10 mn.
Points négatifs : Lo que no nos gustó tiene q ver con París, tienen un serio problema con las ratas, palomas y cuervos.
