Points positifs : Great location, near most attractions, there was a grocery store right outside, heating you can turn on and off as you like, we didnt use any of the appliances but they were all there if needed, we got welcomed and given the keys as soon as we got to the apartment and had great communication throughout our stay

Points négatifs : we were provided with only two toilet paper rolls so that is something we needed to buy ourselves, one of the closet doors wouldnt open, werent sure of how to work the tv or it mightve just not had signal

Points positifs : the lockbox and the small video to find it were useful and efficient. Silent place to stay and rest.

Nice location.

Points positifs : I liked the location (tourists spots are very walkable). I like that it has a mini kitchen, fridge and a washer. I liked that there is a grocery down stairs.

Points négatifs : I didn’t like that I had to download Whatsapp just to see the video where I can see the lockbox, in which could be done via email before we check in. I didn’t like how I waited outside in the cold, tired, waiting for whatsapp to download and make an account. I don’t like that the dishes and utensils weren’t really clean, I washed them before using. I had to but new sponges because the one that was provided looks dirty. Need to provide clean spoon and fork. I didn’t like that there is no microwave.
