Spacious and cozy Paris Apartment in a great area

Points positifs : This apartment was very generous in size and in a wonderful location. We were able to walk to a lot of the main tourist attractions. There are also public transport connections close by, with a bus stop right on the corner. The decor was really lovely, everything we needed was there, with the exception of a microwave which would have been handy. The apartment was very clean and the beds were reasonanably comfortable. . The building also has an elevator, albeit very small, which was a real bonus after having stayed in Paris before and having to lug suitcases up 3 flights of very narrow stairs . That was really appreciated. I would recommend this apartment, especially if travelling with children, as there are 2 sofa beds and the size is of the apartment is very good for Paris. I will also add that the heating is the apartment was really very good during our stay. The weather was freezing and it was lovely to come back to a nice warm flat.

Points négatifs : The lack of a microwave was disappointing as one was included in the list of amenities. We also had some problems with the wifi which were not resolved during our stay. A representative from the booking agent came to the apartment to meet a technician who was to install a new router, but the technician didnt come. I guess we could have pursued it further, but as we were out most of the time it wasn't a major issue, just a nuisance. It would also be useful for a second key to be provided. We were travelling with our adult daughter and it was annoying to have to co-ordinate our days out with hers so that someone would be at the apartment to let the others in.

Points positifs : Great and clean house in a very good location, easy to get the keys, straightforward access.

Points négatifs : Can't find something wrong, maybe the air-conditioning in the living room was not functioning really well, but no problem in the bedroom.

Fantastic Stay in the middle of Paris

Points positifs : The apartment was massive. For central Paria, that is quite rare to find at this price. Well equipped for a small group (4 to 5). The bed is comfy, and they have fans, extra towels, linen, etc. Space is also pretty big. The location is amazing.

Points négatifs : Will be nice if you give a heads up about the lift and also the stairs. It is not a deal breaker, but it helps guests better prepare if they are bringing large bags. We didn't have that issue, but we wondered how folks with bigger bags would go in. The bathroom sink is broken and does not drain. It has to be fixed.

Points positifs : Great instructions were received in advance on how to get to the apartment. Easy to find. The apartment was clean,warm and spacious. Great location as within walking distance to a lot of museums and tourist attractions.

Points positifs : We found the apartment clean, tidy and as per the pictures. We stayed as a family of 5 and the sofa beds were comfortable and great.

Points positifs : it’s a beautiful apartment with large windows onto 2 streets very smart decoration and very comfortable double bed .lots of towels and bedding

Wonderful stay.

Points positifs : Spaceous unit and each of the sofa beds are big and sturdy enough for 2 adults. The big windows provided good lighting and view from the bedroom and living/dining room. Modern interior and bathroom. The host was very responsive and has fulfilled our requests promptly. There is also an elevator if you have luggages,

Points négatifs : There's a smell in the room. Not sure if it's vinegar or a mix of garlic/curry spice. The keys are located at a different address which is not really a big problem since it's only about 2-3 minute walk. Pay attention to the the check-in instructions given by the property manager days before your arrival.

Points négatifs : El proceso de check in de ir a buscar las llaves en otro lugar y considero que para 6 personas es pequeño

Apartamento amplo com localização fantástica

Points positifs : A localização é fantástica. O apartamento é bem charmoso, dando te dando a sensação de ser um morador de Roma! Também é amplo, confortável e com fácil acesso por ter um elevador. Se eu viajar novamente em família a Roma, dificilmente ficarei em hotel se esse apartamento estiver disponível.

Points négatifs : Tem 3 banheiros, mas em apenas um deles a porta fechava corretamente. A fechadura eletrônica do apartamento precisa de um truque com a porta para funcionar bem, caso contrário é preciso abrir a porta com as chaves.
