Formidable séjour confo et parfait pour une grande famille ou entre amis !

Points positifs : L’apart est propre dans un quartier sécuritaire et pres de la pharmacie, l epicerie et plusieurs restos et boulangeries. L endoit est securitaire avec un code a la porte sur la rue, les lits sont propres, 2 toilettes et deux douches, les chambres sont privées. La déco est charmante. Il y a meme une petite terrasse derriere avec 4 chaises. Acces tres simple au metro. A 35 minutes de marche/metro du centre de Paris, trajet facile a faire.

Points négatifs : Lors de la canicule nous aurions souhaité un ventilateur par chambre, il n’y avait que 3 pour tout l appart et nous avons eu du mal a dormir avec la chaleur. Il n y a pas de climatisation. Un miroir dans la petite salle de toilette serait utile.

A good place to rest your head in a great location

Points positifs : The property is conveniently located a short walk from Bolivar metro but we used Jaures as it was better served by connecting trains and only a 7 min walk along an attractive street with lots of lovely patisseries and food shops. There are numerous neighborhood restaurants and bars nearby and Belleville is only a short walk in the opposite direction. The property contains 4 double rooms (one with an en-suite shower and sink) flats with this many bedrooms is unusual to find in central Paris and it was reasonably priced. It also has a sweet patio area off one of the bedrooms

Points négatifs : One of the toilets was very small / cupboard size which may be a struggle to use if you are tall. the other bathroom lacks privacy as there is no glass above the door. We couldn't work out how to work the large shower head in the en-suite, but there was a small head option.

Very nice apartment!!

Points positifs : The number of rooms was perfect, quite compact but perfect for a family. Very clean. The host allowed us to check in early as we arrived in Paris early.

Points négatifs : The small toilet was not great for someone tall or wide. The main bathroom opened into the living room.

Points positifs : Die Lage war sehr gut. Schnelles Internet. In der Küche war alles nötige da.

Points négatifs : Eine Dusche hat nicht funktioniert (Kopfdusche). Eine Toilette war sehr klein.

Points positifs : Розташування, чистота, комунікація! Все чудово! Дуже зручні ліжка! Ми орендували на 8 людей, було дуже зручно! Також дякую що швидше заселення, ми прилетіли о 9 ранку, і нам дозволили залишити речі швидше а не чекати до заселення!!! Рекомендую і точно повернусь в Париж і ці апартаменти знову!
