Points positifs : Emplacement parfait, boulangeries, shops, restos et métro tout près, très joli appartement, agréable et bien agencé. Comme déjà signalé en direct, tout était impeccable...à part 2 petits détails, qui ne sont pas anodins !

Points négatifs : 1. Nous étions 4, linge de bain etc à disposition, ...mais rien n'est prévu pour suspendre les serviettes, à part le radiateur. Pourtant, il suffirait de mettre quelques crochets derrière la porte de la salle de bain... 2. Et de plus : la lumière de la salle de bain ne peut s'allumer que si l'interrupteur central (càd living/chambre!) est branché. Donc, prévoyez des lampes de poche pour éviter de réveiller les autres quand vous passez à la salle de bain!!!

Nice studio flat in a good neighborhood

Points positifs : It feels quite spacious, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything seems new and in working order.

Points négatifs : Arrival and self check-in wasn't easy for me, you need to really carefully read the instructions (better print them ahead of time, including the pictures). There was sometimes smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom but not dramatic, closing the bathroom door helped. There was absolutely nothing for cooking: no salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, etc. Only some coffee tabs for the coffee machine. The cleaning seemed to have been done in a hurry, I found hairs a bit everywhere (including on the kitchen counter).

Value for money was fine.

Points positifs : I like that location is near metro station and stores. Furniture is new. Shuttle from airport was included in the offer. Flat was renovated and it is in good shape. Downtown is near, but you will need public or private transport.

Points négatifs : We missed kitchen accessories: dishwasher, kitchen mops, drinking glasses, Smell in staircase was bad and smell old. When we entered a flat smell in toilet also was bad from drainage but after you push fresh water in a sink it was ok. There was a lot of noise during night coming from the street.
