Points positifs : L'emplacement, proche de la gare du Nord et de l'Est. Dans une rue où l'on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires. Facilité d'accès à l'appartement. Propreté du lieu, des sanitaires, de la literie. Réactivité aux messages.
Points négatifs : Un torchon serait le bienvenu dans l'équipement.

Logement au top
Points positifs : Sa situation et le bon rapport qualité prix. La tranquillité. Accès au logement facile., système de code et clé Vraiment ideal pour une famille ou un groupe de 6. Un petit plus pour les attentions, speculoos, café, thé,....
Points négatifs : Un départ un peu plus tardif , 11h aurait été un plus pour nous mais vraiment histoire de dire quelque chose sinon tout était parfait.

Super séjour! top emplacement ! Proche des commodites et du métro. appart très beau et grand
Points positifs : L emplacement idéal et la superficie appréciable ! Très belle déco et tout y était !
Points négatifs : Manque un peu d aération dans les chambres et un peu d humidité dans la salle de bains. Il manquait aussi l télécommande de la télé mais nous n étions pas là pour ça donc pas grave !

Séjour très agréable, emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris
Points positifs : Appartement trés bien situé, bien décoré, emplacement calme. Quartier calme à deux pas des théâtres et restaurants. Station de métro à proximité.
Points négatifs : Quelques manques dans la cuisine, pas de torchon, pas de casserole et poêle inutilisable

Very nice apartment. Sofa bed comfortably.
Points positifs : Nice apartment. Close to train station and subway station. Also lots of supermarket nearby. You can cook breakfast by yourself and all kitchen staff available. Staff reply quick. Lots of restaurants close to the apartment. Recommend to the family.
Points négatifs : We stay 5 nights, no free house keeping services. But it is ok for us and enough towels for 5 of us. Better prepare garbage bag for the garbage bin.

Perfect base to visit Paris
Points positifs : A really comfortable apartment at a great location for a really good price. It is at the ground floor of a typical Paris courtyard. It has everything you need. Bedrooms don’t have windows and the bathroom Is a bit small but it’s perfect if you’re out and about all day.

If you are traveling as a family of 4-6 people- I would recommend you to book this accommodation. If it is not a family
Points positifs : The accommodation is situated perfectly- very close to everything you need as a traveler. Very clean. We stayed there 3 nights and it was very close to the Metro, shops, restaurants, etc. Perfect place to start your journey all over Paris.
Points négatifs : The declared two bathrooms in fact was 1/ a separate bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and 2/ a separate toilet. So in fact one shower and one toilet. For our trip, while choosing the accommodation, the presence of two bathrooms was sufficient. And it was a great fail for us. The accommodation is declared for 6 people, but I hardly imagine 6 people there. Communication with Checkmyguest was awful. They sent us the accommodation manual, but the access to WiFi was invalid. We tried to call them, sent a message- with no response. Accidentally we found it on the back side of the router. Please be aware that you will have to pay 500€ deposit after paying on Booking for accommodation. The only message afterwards we got from Checkmyguest was their request to estimate our expectations from the accommodation.

Perfect for families and great location
Points positifs : Apartment was amazing. We stayed as a family for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Place was extremely clean and spacious with everything you would need in the kitchen to make meals. All furniture, fittings and kitchen utensils were new and modern with a large TV with Netflix and subscription tv channels. Apartment is within a short walk to some of the best restaurants we ate at in Paris. Paris métro very close with direct or near direct lines to tourist sights and a short walk from Gare du Nord. Several express supermarkets nearby which had everything we needed for our stay. Apartment and surrounding area felt very safe and secure and we probably couldn’t find a better place to stay if we tried based on our needs and budget. Would highly recommend this apartment for short stays with family and if we were to stay in Paris again I’d be booking here.
Points négatifs : Appartement has washing machine for clothes but no clothes dryer and if it did have a dryer then we didn’t know how to use it as there were no instructions.
