Points positifs : la disponibilité de la personne en charge du logement et le fait que tout est à proximité. Le logement est très bien agencé et fonctionnel.

Points négatifs : le seul point faible est le fait de pas avoir d’ascenseur alors que l'appartement est au 3eme étage.

Good value for money

Points positifs : Good location with easy access to transport- 2 metro lines stations within 5 mins walking- and few close cafes/restaurants/bistro that made it easy for relaxing near the area after much walking, and 2 bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Really good apartment with 3 bedrooms, one of which with a view of Eiffel Tower, and spacious living space

Points négatifs : Even though shower/bathroom area nice and spacious, separate toilet room a bit small. Still, we think separate toilet a bonus

Absolute Empfehlung

Points positifs : Alles war genauso wie beschrieben: die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – zentral, mit mehreren Supermärkten in der Nähe und einer Bäckerei direkt gegenüber. Der Eiffelturm ist in nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Apartamento muy agradable en un barrio tranquilo

Points positifs : Deborah ha respondido siempre a nuestras preguntas con mucha rapidez y ha sabido dar respuesta a nuestras necesidades. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todas las comodidades. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Points positifs : Die Lage war super. Nur einige Gehminuten vom Eifelturm entfernt und das Zentrum um Louvre ist mit der Metro sehr gut zu erreichen aber auch zu Fuss nicht weit. Im Appartment war alles vorhanden wie im Inserat beschrieben. Für Paris Verhältnisse hat die Wohnung gut Platz.

Points négatifs : Es war sehr staubig und das Geschirr vom Vorgänger war nicht sauber. Aber wir konnten darüber hinweg sehen. Die Vorzüge haben dies locker wett gemacht.

Points positifs : The apartment was renovated and clean and location was near two metro stations and it was easy to access all parts of the city, size and plan of the apartment was very suitable and comfortable, 3 bed rooms, Short-term living facilities were suitable and the sound system for playing music was very attractive for us.

Points négatifs : Receiving a large deposit from us (1,200 euros) and it may be difficult for some people to provide it. Although it was on the third floor, there was no elevator and the toilet space was a bit small, for those who are light sleepers, the sound of the train may be a little problematic.
