Points positifs : Overall, a great stay! The apartment was perfect: very well located, with an open view, practical layout, and situated in a beautiful building.
Points négatifs : There were a few small inconveniences. At check-in time (3:00 PM, as agreed), the cleaning staff was still inside, which was a bit frustrating after a long travel. We were expecting the place to be fully ready by the time of the check-in but he cleaned for 1h in front of us. Also, some cupboards and pieces of furniture (like a lamp) were damaged. We’re not sure if we missed the information, but the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, while the apartment is on the 7th. Something to be aware of if you have heavy luggage and kids. Finally, we couldn't figure out how to access the trash room (ground floor), as it was locked and we didn't have a key. Despite these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.

Great cozy apartment in Paris
Points positifs : Great location, close to Metro Stations and near every location we wanted to go.
Points négatifs : It was hot, and it didn’t seem to have air conditioning unit, so we opened the windows, but it was still somewhat hot at night. Unless we missed the AC unit. Outside of this, it was excellent.

Points positifs : It was even nicer than the photos, there was an elevator and it was right near the metro. The views were pretty as well.

Un scurt sejur încântător
Points positifs : Apartamentul la mansardă chiar e fermecător, prin micile detalii pe care le are. O clădire frumoasă, bine întreținută și în interior, cu acel aer parizian pe care îl căutam. O zonă drăguță, liniștită și sigură, bună pentru o plimbare până la Turnul Eiffel. Am mâncat chiar peste drum cina, la Zig Zag Cafe (atmosfera faină, mâncare ok), am băut un vin la Le Camelia, am luat pain au chocolat la brutăria din colț. În dreapta și în stângă am avut 2 intrări de metrou, pe care chiar le-am folosit.

Супер. Для жителей огромных мегаполисов это просто подарок от Парижа.
Points positifs : Прикольная планировка. Все помещения разделены коридорчиками. В каждом есть окошко - спальня, кухня, туалет, ванная- итого 4 окна. Мансарда - значит выше всех- это Вид на город. Лифт есть. Поезд едет тихо - вообще не слышно. Станция метро 2 минуты. Музей армии Дом Инвалидов -5 минут пешком. Эйфелева башня - минут 15. В общем если бюджет ваш - не сомневайтесь.
Points négatifs : Нож на кухне один и абсолютно тупой. За 150+€ /day можно положить набор из дамасской стали 😃

Points positifs : Konumu muhteşemdi. Hemen arka sokağa geçtiğiniz zaman Eyfel Kulesi’ni seyrederek yürüyebiliyorsunuz Tam bir Paris çatı katı deneyimi yaşadık bu bizi çok mutlu etti çok şık ve güzel bir merdiveni ayrıca asansörü var bu da rahat etmemizi sağladı Özellikle mutfak manzarası tam bir Paris kartpostallıydı Hızlı ve sorunsuz internet temiz nevresim takımları yeterli temiz havlular otel benzeri konfor yaşamamızı sağladı Hemen yakında harika bir pastane var her sabah sıcacık ekmek Kruvasan ve pek çok leziz kahvaltılıklar alabildik. Yine çok yakında büyük marketler var İki metronun aktarma hattı üzerinde olduğu için Paris’in her noktasına çok kolay gidebiliyorsunuz. Kışın dairede hiç üşümedik kolaylıkla ısındı İletişim konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık çok hızlı bir şekilde tüm mesajlarımız yanıtlandı. Profesyonel yaklaşımları nedeniyle daire sahiplerine çok teşekkür ediyorum
