A hidden gem: the perfect parisian retreat
Points positifs : The flat was impeccably furnished and spotlessly clean. If anything, the photos uploaded on Booking don’t do justice to the incredible attention to detail the owners demonstrated when selecting the furnishings. The living room was beautifully illuminated by the large windows, creating a bright and welcoming space. The bed was comfortable, and the shutters effectively darkened the room for those who prefer a restful ambiance. There was a wardrobe with ample space for two people for the weekend. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, as was the bathroom. Despite being located on a central and bustling street, the flat faces an inner courtyard, ensuring quiet and restful nights. Additionally, the owners were kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage before check-in.
Points négatifs : The only downside is that having such a beautiful flat tempts you to stay in and relax rather than explore the wonders of Paris. Also someone might argue that Paris est is not fancy enough: don't be misled by the location. The flat is situated right above the Couronnes Metro station on Line 2, which takes you directly to Montmartre and the Champs-Élysées. Within walking distance, you’ll find the beautiful Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, perfect for a leisurely walk or a Sunday picnic. The area is also home to some of the best Asian restaurants in the 20th arrondissement, and from there, you can easily reach Belleville to catch a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower sparkling at midnight.

Points positifs : Superbly decorated and very well kitted out apartment. Wonderful location, near to a lot of Chinese supermarkets and Asian restaurants, very lively, good bars, steps away from Metro Couronnes. Plus a perfectly friendly little black cat stops by and purrs a lot.
Points négatifs : Nothing. Honestly one of the nicest places I've stayed in Paris.

Points positifs : Schönes Appartement für einen Aufenthalt in Paris Die Beschreibung zum Betreten der Wohnung ist sehr gut beschrieben. Es gibt einen gemütlichen Wohnraum, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,60 m breitem Bett und ein Badezimmer. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Bäckereien in der Nähe. Mit dem Bus, der vor dem Haus abfährt, kommt man bequem Richtung Notre-Dame. Wir haben uns über das Willkommensgeschenk gefreut, eine Flasche Wein und Salami. Die Kommunikation mit Geofrey war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I would come back again if I’m ever lucky enough to be in Paris again
Points positifs : This was a very nice location and the owners were amazing and extremely helpful. I felt very comfortable here. A bus stop is right out the front door! I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!
Points négatifs : Nothing-everything was wonderful I felt safe wandering around the area by myself as a woman alone

Points positifs : 料理をする自分にとって、快適なキッチンと道具、ダイニングスペースがある、このアパルトマンは天国♪ 以前はキッチンの無いドミトリー滞在で満喫できなかったマルシェの醍醐味を味わい、 調度品も妻の趣味とバッチリで、ここに住んで暮らすような滞在をさせてもらいました！ 階段がないけど2階なので、大荷物でもちょっと頑張れば無問題☆ 中庭も、窓からの木洩れ陽も、とても美しかったです。
Points négatifs : 自分たち的には全てが最高でした♪

Wunderbare Unterkunft
Points positifs : Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, nahe der Metro (1 Minute zu Fuss), viele Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Toll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Toller und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Würde wieder kommen!
