Points négatifs : The apt was on the top floor and the elevator was not working. My son had to carry 3 large bags up using the stairs and my elderly parents had a hard time as well.

Great view and a great location for a short stay

Points positifs : The view out the window was stunning. Location, close to eating places, subway and arc de triomphe. Good communication with owner, someone meeting us to show us around. The box of Lindt chocolate was a nice surprise. The wifi was good. Lounge was a good size. I just couldn’t get enough of the view from the lounge window. Catching an Uber didn’t take long from the apartment.

Points négatifs : Bathroom had dust in between each towel rail and skirting board. Kitchen had a fork in there with food left from previous guests. To get in from main door on the street you need a code or you can use the tag, then you enter a different code to use the stairs or lift and then you use the key to get into the apartment. I took the paper with codes in it with the key as it was a lot easier than the photo on my phone. We did two trips down the lift as we had two hard case suitcases, three backpacks, one adult and two kids. It’s common for small lifts in Europe. The lockbox was a struggle to put the key inside as there were two many items on the keyring.

Perfect location in Paris

Points positifs : Perfect location by the Arc de Triomphe. We'll equipped, warm, comfortable apartment, close to great restaurants and the Champs Elysee.

Points négatifs : Very small lift which was difficult for 3 adults, a baby and a pram, requiring 3 trips each time to go up to or down from the 6th floor.

Points positifs : The location was spectacular and for 4 people (2 couples) it was a good size. Sofa bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Good facilities with a fully equipped kitchen. Friendly contact with Mr Philippe who met us and helped us with any issues.

Points négatifs : We had a slight issue when the door codes changed but it was quickly resolved, no complaints here.
